Hi , I offer you my house composed of: - a large living room overlooking the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. - 5 bedrooms equipped with 4 double beds and a 5th with 2 single beds (+1 baby bed if needed) - 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. Bed linen + towels are included. The main entrance to the circuit is 10 minutes by bike. the entire property is fenced and closed by a gate. Large space to park several vehicles in front.

5 minutes (by car) and 25 minutes (by foot) from the circuit des 24h du Mans, charming small studio totally independent in very quiet area (located in an annex of the house) you benefit from a private entrance overlooking a square where it is very easy to park. The studio has a fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, stove) as well as a bathroom with toilet. A closet is at your disposal to store your clothes.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
