The proposed accommodation is a studio with a kitchenette, a bathroom with private toilet and a bedroom area. It is located at the rear of the house with an independent entrance and overlooking a quiet courtyard. There's a way to get a vehicle inside. The tram is nearby, which allows to get back to the city center in 20 minutes and on the 24-hour circuit in 15 minutes. The circuit can be reached on foot in 10min or 20min . And it is located 10 minutes from the south health pole.

Parking is free on the street. 15-minute walk from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 7 minutes from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the booking is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24-hour auto and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.
