We loved the stay. The apartment was clean and smelling good. Very well equipped, airy and functional. We have given us several very useful tips. The only point of improvement is with respect to privacy because the curtains do not block the light or prying eyes. I recommend blackout installation in all 4 windows.

I loved the flat, it perfectly accommodated a friend and me. We arrived and the room was impeccable. The minibar, although small, could hold a 1.5l water bottle and some cans. Employees are friendly and served us very well. The penthouse has a wonderful view and the pool is very good. Verônica is very attentive and was always available from booking to check-out. I recommend and intend to come back more often!

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to get us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Other than that, it was a good stay, I recommend it.

I also point out that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really enjoyed Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend time with the family, it is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only reservation I make regarding the stay would be the start check-in, which was very late.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

The house is exceptional, as per the announcement. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Caseiro Maurício very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cook meals, very well by the way. They made a stay similar to that of a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, all working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as thermal box and chairs.

The condominium is a peace, great for walking with our dogs with peace of mind. The house is super comfortable, it was ideal for relaxing and enjoying with pets. Priscila was super attentive, always responding very quickly. At the time, it solved a little problem we had with the refrigerator and the shower. We're already in the mood to come back and absolutely we're going to want to stay again!
