On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

I loved the flat, it perfectly accommodated a friend and me. We arrived and the room was impeccable. The minibar, although small, could hold a 1.5l water bottle and some cans. Employees are friendly and served us very well. The penthouse has a wonderful view and the pool is very good. Verônica is very attentive and was always available from booking to check-out. I recommend and intend to come back more often!

We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

The condominium offers several leisure options, such as a swimming pool, game room, bar and snack bar, etc., with remarkable care everywhere. The location is a special detail, as the condominium is in front of Praia dos Anjos, from where the Tour Boats depart, and, if you choose, you can enjoy the beach there, without having to take the car out of the garage, just walking a few meters. Another detail is the ease of check-in, simple and practical. We were satisfied and would definitely return at the next opportunity.

Cozy house, well located in Monte Alto Beach, clean and organized place. The host is very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. I also point out that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really enjoyed Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend time with the family, it is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only reservation I make regarding the stay would be the start check-in, which was very late.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

The condominium is a peace, great for walking with our dogs with peace of mind. The house is super comfortable, it was ideal for relaxing and enjoying with pets. Priscila was super attentive, always responding very quickly. At the time, it solved a little problem we had with the refrigerator and the shower.
