Welcome to our cottage perfectly situated between the village of Arzal and the Barrage d'Arzal. We are in the process of renovating an old farmhouse in a small hamlet and look forward to welcoming you to our 'little slice of heaven'.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
