Ty Bout Gîte

The Ty Bout Gîte is a comfortable space completely renovated in 2024 and furnished in a stone house. La Vilaine is less than 700 m away (hiking/kayaking), the sea (Billiers) is 10 minutes away and Pénestin is 15 minutes away. The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and a large living area (fully equipped kitchen & living room) on the ground floor. Outside, small green space, courtyard with picnic table, lounge, darts, barbecue and ping pong table! Looking forward to hosting you ;)

Chalet récent, tout équipé et moderne situé dans un domaine privé et sécurisé terrain de jeux pour les petits et les grands La résidence est clôturée entièrement avec un code au portail. Trois ventilateurs viennent d'être installés Logement non fumeur pas de fêtes

Appartement de charme comprenant un balcon avec vue sur la Vilaine. La résidence est très calme et se situe à 1 minute du port d'Arzal à pieds. Proche de la Roche-Bernard et des plages de Pénestin. (Je précise qu'il y a des travaux en ce moment sur le barrage et que cela peut entraîner du bruit et impacter la vue de manière temporaire jusqu'au mois d'avril 2026 puis d'octobre 2026 à avril 2027.) Les draps et les serviettes de bains sont fournis.

Bienvenue dans notre petite maison situé entre la barrage d’Arzal et le village d’Arzal. Nous rénovons un vieux corps de ferme dans un petit hameau et voulons vous inviter à partager notre belle vie. Welcome to our cottage perfectly situated between the village of Arzal and the Barrage d'Arzal. We are in the process of renovating an old farmhouse in a small hamlet and look forward to welcoming you to our 'little slice of heaven'.

Cottage Nature - Naughty Side

This peaceful accommodation surrounded by nature with views of the Vilaine River offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a secure residence. The marina is within walking distance for enjoying various activities. The beach is 10 km away. Numerous hiking trails (GR trail at the foot of the park). The heated and covered swimming pool is open until September 30, 2025. Please note: swim shorts, long swimsuits, are prohibited.

this rental is located in the countryside, it is bright and new. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction cooktop, rotating heat oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker,... View of large wooded garden (4500 m2). Access to indoor pool (12 x 6 m) heated from April to October 15. Very sunny and very quiet. 15 minutes from the ocean beaches. The furnished accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility

House ideally located to navigate between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., Branféré animal park. 5 min from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its recreational area. We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
