Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

this rental is located in the countryside, it is bright and new. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction cooktop, rotating heat oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker,... The bedroom has a large separate dressing room. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, baby bed. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, parking for 2 cars. The furnished accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility
