Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Charming apartment with a balcony overlooking the Vilaine. The residence is very quiet and is located 1 minute from the port of Arzal on foot. Close to La Roche-Bernard and the beaches of Pénestin. (I should note that there is construction work underway on the dam at the moment, which may cause noise and temporarily affect the view until April 2026, and then from October 2026 to April 2027.) Linens and bath towels are provided.

Located in a secure residence, the house offers 3 bedrooms and a garden overlooking the river. Ideal for 5 people, it sleeps 6 with 2 bathrooms, including a master suite. Bed linens not provided. Heated and covered swimming pool until September 30, 2025. Please note: swim shorts, long swimsuits, are prohibited.
