For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Relax by yourself or with family and friends in this charming and functional cottage in an attractive part of Halland. The cottage is located between Gothenburg and Varberg in the immediate vicinity of the sea. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's. Your part of the plot is secluded and you have both a furnished terrace with barbecue grill as well as a lawn and parking. It is a 200-meter walk to the sandy beach, cliffs, children's beach and swimming jetties. There's also a marina and a nice summer kiosk.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and it is about 250 meters to the first of two beaches that Gårda Brygga offers and there is also a kiosk during the summer. 35 minutes by car to Liseberg 30 minutes by car to Varberg Åsa station has large and free car parking and the train takes 31 minutes to Gothenburg. The Näsbokrok Nature Reserve is nearby.
