The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet & centrally located accommodation on 38 m2. Hand towels & bed linen are available, as well as a Senseo coffee machine. Starting point for walks or the jogging track. Asperg train station is 5 minutes walking distance. S-Bahn to Ludwigsburg: 3 min. S-Bahn to Stuttgart: 25 - 30 minutes. Asperg outdoor swimming pool within walking distance in 10 min. Infrastructure (within 5 km) Max 2 people. Unfortunately, we have to reject/cancel all requests beyond that.

On the 3rd floor, approx. 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV; living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, toilet extra! 100 m to the Blühende Barock, 5 min to the city center, right next to the hospital. A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproof windows installed in 2024!

You can easily reach Ludwigsburg train station by bus in about 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 20 minutes. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment has a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. In the daylight bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.
