Villa holiday rentals in Aspra

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus direkt am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden um mit 7 Personen kochen zu können. Lediglich mit den Liegen war es etwas schwierig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

We hebben al heel wat Airbnb-verblijven gehad, maar dit was met stip het allerbeste ooit. Als gezin voelden we ons hier meteen thuis — en dat is zeldzaam. Alles klopte: het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, volledig uitgerust en perfect afgestemd op wat wij nodig hadden. Van aankomst tot vertrek verliep alles moeiteloos, in volledige privacy en met precies de juiste balans tussen contact en ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk — een fantastische plek om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van het buitenleven. En de tuin… wat een werk moet dat zijn om te onderhouden, maar het resultaat is verbluffend. Zo verzorgd, zo mooi. Het draagt enorm bij aan de rust en sfeer van de plek. Martina heeft aan alles gedacht. De sfeer, de voorzieningen, de rust… Het voelde bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. We vonden het oprecht moeilijk om afscheid te nemen, en dat zegt veel. Een plek als deze is zeldzaam. We komen hier met alle liefde terug.

We spent a week in Mondello and really had an amazing stay! Before our trip to Sicily Girolamo already gave us all the info we needed and he also got us in touch with a driver to bring us from the airport to the airbnb. So everything was really clear and well arranged. When we arrived at the airbnb Girolamo welcomed us at the gate and did an entire tour together through the apartment to make sure everything was clear for us. He also shared some really helpful tips about good restaurants, the beach, how to get to Palermo, etc. The apartment itself was super clean, spacious and has an amazing balcony! It’s also well located, since it’s only a 10 min walk to the beach and to Mondello square, and a 5 min walk to a supermarket and to the bus stop to get to Palermo. Would definitely recommend this airbnb to everyone; nice apartment, well located, and a super friendly host!

La villa è proprio bella, molto accogliente, curata e pulita. Ha ottimi spazi interni arredati con gusto e un bel giardino curato. Dai poggioli del primo piano, dove si trovano le stanze da letto, si può godere di una bella vista mare. La zona è tranquilla e con un piccolo ma bellissimo accesso al mare. Guido è gentilissimo, preciso ed estremamente disponibile.

Antonio war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Lage des Hauses ist gut und familiär. Erreichbarkeit zu allen wichtigen Sachen per Fuß möglich. Kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre die Ausstattung der Küche, dennoch alles gut machbar.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Emilio und Maria-Lauras wunderschönem Anwesen sehr genossen. Ein fantastischer Garten, ein wunderschöner Pool, ein toller Aussenbereich und eine gut ausgestattete Außenküche mit einem schönen Sitzplatz zum Essen mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten. Meistens hatten wir den Pool und den Garten für uns allein. Unsere Gastgeber selbst waren großartig. Obwohl wir nicht die gleiche Sprache sprachen und die Kommunikation über Google Translate lief, fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Emilio, Maria-Laura und Aldo sind so herzlich, freundlich und großzügig. Wir haben sie sofort in unser Herz geschlossen. Maria-Laura stellte uns sogar auf halbem Weg durch unseren Aufenthalt neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Unseren Leihwagen konnten wir sehr bequem und sicher in der Einfahrt zu unserer Wohnung abstellen. Der Strand und die Promenade sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Unsere Woche war viel zu kurz. Wir kommen wieder?

Excellent stay. This place was massive with everything you could want. It was hard to leave. Such a great host who was very kind and responsive. Steep drive-way is not an understatement but the host was happy to help us with our bags when we arrived and left. Beautiful location, felt like a vintage resort. Would stay here again!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage bei Gianpaolo. Alles war wie beschrieben, und super sauber. Gianpaolo war immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Der Check in war sehr einfach und super flexibel dank Nuki Schloss. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

Vi var 6 voksne og to børn. Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Huset er rummelig og veludstyret. Der er et dejligt udendørsområde med den god pool, som både voksne og børn nød meget. Soveværelserne er store og veludstyrede. To med adgang til en balkon med en smuk udsigt. Huset var rent og pænt og værten var meget hjælpsom.

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.

It was a beautiful and wonderful experience and I will definitely book the Airbnb again. The owners are very friendly , accommodating and reliable. The view is stunning and way more beautiful than on the pictures , it has everything you need from Sauna , Fitnessroom etc to more than enough space. I can definitely recommend this location to everyone if you want your piece in beautiful mountains and relax✨

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans cette superbe maison qui est très bien située et très agréable. l'hôte est aussi très sympathique, et je recommande cette maison où nous reviendrons si nous séjournons à nouveau dans cette région.

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

I am happy for choosing Natalia's house not only of the wonderful view, the well-kept fruit garden, the constantly cleaned pool, the peace, the functional and comfortable spaces, but most of all because of the host Natalia and her family, who showed the most beautiful features of Sicilian people. From the beginning of communication, any question or problem I had was handled with great care and delicacy: be it "where to buy fish?" or "help with the car tire". Upon arrival, a fridge full of drinks, snacks, fruit, and wine was waiting for us. The smallest detail has been taken care of, so it is impossible not to fall in love with these hosts and with their home. Of course, there are a few things to consider: a car is essential, and sometimes the smell of sheep farms comes through. We travel by our own car, so the spacious parking space was a big plus. The huge fenced yard allowed our poodle to have fun. I will never forget the hospitality of Natalia and this family🙏🤗😍

Alessandro’s home in Santa Flavia was even better than the photos could possibly capture with breathtaking views and so many different ways to relax. The area itself was also absolutely darling with a sweet inlet for swimming a 5 min walk away and beachside bars and cafes just around the corner. The hosts were also very communicative with quick responses to our every question. We would highly recommend and hope to return one day soon!

We stayed a week in Terassini and it was like a private oasis. The home is a stone's throw to the beach and water boardwalk. The town piazza with many restaurants, stores, butcher, small grocery stores and pharmacy is also a very short walk. The pool area was a wonderful bonus even without swimming, the shade and breeze from the water was refreshing and calm. The home is immaculate and everything looks like brand new construction - extremely new, clean and also gated. Our hosts were exceptional - Clemente picked us up from the airport which is only a 15 minute drive. The most amazing part of our story is that our host is a first cousin to one of our travel party and we had no idea until we arrived and he told us he had family in Detroit (her husband!!!!). Clemente assisted us in renting a car for a day trip to Trapani and Erice (must, must see) which was extremely easy to do. Highly recommended!

This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

La maison proposée par Chiara est très belle, agréable et idéale pour notre séjour entre amis. La vue sur la mer est imprenable, l’extérieur de la maison est magnifique !! L’hôte a été très disponible pour nous. Cependant points négatifs : le lit de la chambre a l’étage grince énormément (le sommier), la douche de la master bedroom ne fonctionnait pas (pas de débit et pas d’eau chaude), concernant le tri sélectif des déchets : réglementation très compliquée sur l’île, nous aurions eu besoin de plus d’explications dans la maison sur le tri des déchets. Nous recommandons +++ la maison !!

Absolutely incredible place. Probably the most beautiful and private place we’ve ever stayed. The host was amazing too very friendly and helpful I couldn’t reccomend this place any higher 10/10. Will definitely be returning
