Beachfront holiday rental in İskele Mevkii

The place is right at the bottom of the sea as mentioned. It is in a very private location because there are 6-7 houses in the big bay and there is no commercial business. Those who swim the nearest sea are 50 60 m away, if that happens. Since everyone is at the bottom of their house, no one is on the beach all the time. The host's mother and father stay downstairs. They are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the place is newly built. The bathrooms and items are new. It's nice to have the kitchen on the balcony. You're doing it without being overwhelmed by the heat. The sea is spotless. It has a stone beach. No sand contaminated, no conversation. Of course, it is more comfortable with sea shoes. If you're looking for privacy and quiet, it's the right place. Restaurants, grocery store are 15 20 minutes away.

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. Mr. Ali was very caring and kind, the house was clean and very nice. The location was very good, close to everywhere in the center. We had most of the things we needed at home. We had an amazing experience staying at Maria's apartment. The location was perfect, right by the sea. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was also nice that our room was cleaned every day. communication with Maria was very easy and she was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The only minor drawback was the slow WiFi in Studio 1 . important to note that in the other studios our family members had fast wifi. However, we found a solution by heading to the nearby restaurant to download shows on Netflix for offline streaming. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend Maria's apartment.

We stayed in Nur mansions for the first week of July...Dalyan village transportation, the warmth of the people was great. Ms. Aliknur gave us a lot of confidence with her friendly attitude and friendliness. Their rooms were spotless, everything needed was considered. Amazing country house with a very beautiful and comfortable yard in which it shaded all day a huge vine (important for families with children who want space to play), 200 meters from the nice beach of Mystengnes staircase. The house is comfortable, clean, fully equipped and very quiet all day long. There is a lot of privacy and you have the feeling that you are in the countryside since on the perimeter of the estate is a large field surrounded by trees. Kostas is friendly and helpful. Many thanks to his father for the delicious grapes from the vine. Highly recommended

We stayed at Savaş (Baris) 's house for 3 days and everything was perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience. Thank you so much for your interest and hospitality in the host, everything was great. A place we would definitely want to stay again and recommend.

What a beautiful hidden gem!! The check in experience was great and Maria couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, also the messaging to and from Stratis was very clear. The studio itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The location is amazing, right on the sea front and perfect for sunbathing and peace and quiet! It was lovely to be able to use the pool at the hotel next door and I would highly recommend eating at the Taverna next door too - beautiful food and friendly staff. We would love to come back!!

We had a wonderful time at Ingrid's place. It was perfectly clean, attractive, the view was stunning, and you could not ask for a better hostess. Ingrid was great! And on top of everything, she cut my hair for such a reasonable price and did a super job. I hope we will get a chance to stay at her place again!

The services offered by Ms. Sena and Ms. Aysel are extremely great and they did not get us to call our house, we felt like we had been neighbors with them for years, we left with very nice feelings, a family environment where you can go without thinking, for their close attention and interest in them, thank you again for their close attention and interest.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The view is just great. It's nicer than the photos. Below your North Aegean features. The sunset is very pleasant. The house is beautiful, with washing and dishwashing machines. The kitchen utensils are in good condition. There are enough table chairs. We stayed in this house during these times last year. Then we thought the quality price ratio was very good, so we came back this year. But in a year, the price has doubled in Euros. We know that inflation in Turkey is higher than the Euro, but not twice as much. The bedsheets and pillows are very worn, with rips. Water sometimes flows from the fridge to the floor, there was the same thing last year (but we honestly didn't say). I think something hasn't been renovated or replaced in the house since last year (it didn't catch our eye). When the price increase was so high, the quality price ratio decreased this year. We will think twice next year. It was a nice vacation, thank you! There is a great fisherman just down the house, the fish salad is delicious.

Mr. Can and his mother, Ms. Ayşe, are extremely kind and hospitable. It was very clear that every detail of the house was thoughtfully and prepared. Everything was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved that the location of the house was close to everything. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the garden. We would have had a nice holiday as a family. All the needs in the house were considered. Everything was clean. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a caring and helpful person. It was an experience I could consider staying again for this area and would recommend to anyone.

The house is in a very nice place in a very nice location and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and at night we will tell you about its proximity to the sea to say that we slept with the sound of the waves. The hosts Agapi and Yorgos are incredibly warm and nice people, they communicated so well with our one year old daughter and us that we felt like we were staying at our family home. If we visit Lesvos again, we will definitely stay at Agapi and Yorgos's house again.
