Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and it was definitely much much better than we ever expected, well-kept and very cozy! I recommend it to those who love the mountains, the breathtaking views and being surrounded by nature. We felt right at home. Greatly recommend this place. Thanks!

Our stay at Simone's place was comfortable and enjoyable. The home is really lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The windows allow so much light and the have most beautiful views. The apartment is situated about 20 min away from the center of Cortina, but has easy parking and is in a quiet location. The first night, we had some problems getting up the small inclined road that leads to the apartment, because the car rental company didn't give us a car with snow tires or snow chains, and we got stuck in the snow! I was calling and texting Simone at 11 pm at night and he was so responsive and really tried to be helpful. He was always available to offer recommendations and also he even left me a small gift the day of my birthday. Has a wonderful host and his apartment is one that I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cortina!

Beautifully located property with spectacular views of Civette (i think that's the spelling!) on the less touristy side of the Dolomites. Host was ever responsive and helpful. Recommended if you are looking for something out of the way, far from the maddening crowds!

Top apartment, everything new and very clean. There is a small Kneipp pool nearby.

Really stunning location - the view of Sassolungo was amazing. Fantastic base for walking in and around the mountains nearby. We used the free bus tickets a few times but most walks we did from Santa Christina. Comfy base at residence Sovara - we missed out on a front facing balcony and the kitchen was super-tiny but we cooked a few nights and it was ok. Very quiet and peaceful location.

We felt very comfortable in the chalet. The chalet and the entire complex are very well maintained. Also highly recommended for families!

We had a wonderful stay at Selva Di Val Gardena. The view was amazing. We had a balcony with table and chairs as well as 2 lounges to relax. Elena was lovely and had a lot of information to help us at our stay. The bed was comfy. Peaceful and quiet. Our own parking spot was a bonus. Thank you for a great place to enjoy the area

It was a very nice place. The place was perfect for our holidays with our kids. There is a big parking lot at the back, What made it easier to reach the place. The kitchen was very equipped and everything was very clean. The spa area is better than expected. The village is a nice mountain village with the ski resort nearby. Restaurant are in walking distance. The is also a good supermarket in the village.

Great solution, very clean accommodation and equipped with all comforts. It is located in a residence so it is possible to take advantage of common areas and mini clubs. Ski rental inside the residence. Alessandro is very responsive and available

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. Landlord very nice! Unfortunately, the accommodation is a bit remote in the valley. The area does not offer many activities suitable for families with children (8+5). Accommodation but really recommended!

Great apartment in the center of Bolzano.

everything is perfect. a bit of trouble with the phone signal, which is very low and with the wifi, which is free but works poorly. great parking space and ski storage, by far the best residence in Tuttinglina in Marilleva 1400. i was traveling for pleasure mixed with business as I was interested in buying apartments so all in all I would say 🔝🔝🔝

The site is extremely comfortable and very well located, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby market. The proximity to the lake is a great advantage, and I was able to reach the lake of Braies peacefully. Even though I did not master the language, I was received with great attention and all the information was accurately explained, it has the necessary kitchen, bed, table and bath items. Super recommend it!

Franco and his wife are welcoming people, they made us feel at home and took special care of our dogs. The garden is impeccable, the house has everything you need and Franco is always present but never intrusive. Our stay was really relaxing. We'll be back!

This is the best place to stay. There is always a clean kitchen, toilet and bathroom and especially the kitchen has a lot of utensils for all cooking. The location is an hour away from nearby attractions, and there are big grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room was just the right size to stay alone, and the common space was spacious, so it was a great experience. I will definitely come back.

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

I loved my stay here! I was able to meet Rosie, a very welcoming host who does not hesitate to share recommendations for visiting the Dolomites. The place is quiet, peaceful, as described and for me an excellent place to discover the Dolomites on a small budget (proximity to the Calalzo F.S. bus stop) I would highly recommend this place.

very quiet location and central enough to visit various markets such as Bolzano, Merano. Stefano is a very kind and helpful person, on our arrival he also welcomed us with a little welcome gift, I highly recommend his accommodation, we will definitely return in the summer.

Nice place to sleep for a short stay with good location. The room is basic, we shared kitchen and bathrooms, toilets with other rooms. Good value for money!
