The property is located in the village center, in a quiet and sunny area, in front of the wonderful Spalti di Toro. Within 100 meters you can find all the necessary commercial activities: a pastry shop, supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants. The room has a private entrance, with a private bathroom and a parking space. There is a counter with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker to prepare breakfast and small snacks. No kitchen. Indoor and outdoor table.

Stanza "Prièda dal Ghiàl"

This room, with a hot tub and infrared sauna, has been covered and furnished with red fir wood. The red fir is the most common plant in the woods of Castelfondo, and its timber is used in construction, in carpentry and as a fuel. The resin was used as an empirical remedy to cure some skin manifestations. Its essential oil has balsamic and soothing properties. The room, like all the others on the property, includes a rich and tasty breakfast.

The apartment (54 m²) is quietly located in its own house/garden in the center of Lana and as a starting point for discovery tours in South Tyrol. The local tax payable by the guest is €2.10 per adult/night + 14 years -. We have plenty of regular guests. Few available dates. PETS NOT ALLOWED. Electric bicycles can be charged with us. Public electric car charging station 120 meters away. THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE NEARBY!

Experience our charming 70 m² apartment in the district of Obermais, Merano. Set in a newly built villa surrounded by a park, our apartment offers a relaxed atmosphere. Within a 5-minute walk, enjoy a variety of shops and cafes, or visit the weekly farmers' market on the Brunnenplatz. Sports enthusiasts can reach the Merano 2000 ski area in 10 minutes by car, while the center of Merano is a 15-20 minutes walk.

Our appartment is 5 minute from the cable car Meran 2000 and 1,5 km from the city center of Meran away. The appartment is situated in a quiet and really green zone of Merano. You have your own 1 or also 2 bedroom appartment and your own citchen, in addition you have your own private garden in front of the appartment. The local tax of 2,20€/da/person you have to pay at the arrival day.

Flower Room

Double bedroom in a quiet area near the forest on the ground floor. The room is not very big but still comfortable. The entrance to the room (which also includes the private bathroom) is independent but is part of a building which includes three other rooms.

The Sundial

Cozy loft on the third floor of an 1895 house that sits on a stone in the square in Ronch de Laste. From here in 5 minutes you are at the most famous rock gym in the Dolomites. Quiet place 30 minutes drive from the slopes of Civetta and Marmolada.
