The accommodation is located in the center of Soprabolzano in a very quiet area and is less than 5 min walk from the Renon cable car. The city of Bolzano can be reached in approx. 12 min. In the circumstance of the House there are restaurants.

​In the Villnöss Valley at 1680 m above sea level and in the middle of the Puez-Geisler Nature Park, nestled between meadows, forests and a fantastic mountain landscape, lies the Zanser Alm.  From spring to late autumn, the Zanser Alm is a popular destination at the foot of the imposing Geisler Group, a junction of numerous hiking trails, with the "nature trail" to the wildlife sanctuary, at the entrance to the Puez-Geisler Nature Park.  Prices do not include local tourist tax.

The apartment/cottage was completely rebuilt in 2022. It has floor cooling and split air conditioning, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The large terrace is oriented to the west. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher and induction stove. The living space can be completely opened to the terrace by large folding elements. The apartment has a separate car parking space from which it is at ground level to the apartment.
