Loft holiday rentals in Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal Gäste bei Karin. Der Aufenthalt war wieder top. Freundlich, sauber, ruhig und dazu hat das Wetter auch noch mitgemacht. Es waren sehr angenehme Urlaubstage in Kaltern.

Siamo stati per 5 giorni ospiti nel grazioso appartamento di Roberto, all'interno di un curato condominio: il loft era come da descrizione e tutti i servizi necessari presenti, compresa una Smart TV che con un bambino a volte ti salva serata 😅. Cucina piccola ma provvista di tutto il necessario, anche una mini lavastoviglie da tavolo! Bagno con doccia ed una lavatrice, insomma tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Appartamento molto caldo. Roberto è stato sin da subito cordiale e reattivo nelle comunicazioni ed ha saputo darci ottimi consigli per passare una giornata all'insegna del relax visto che il meteo non consentiva di sciare! Gli impianti di risalita sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi facendo un piccolo allenamento in salita, altrimenti in auto distano circa 2 minuti. Nel complesso definirei l'esperienza decisamente positiva!

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung 3 Zinnen Tolle Ferienwohnung: Super Aufteilung von Schlafzimmer, Küche/Essbereich, Wohnzimmer. Man kann im Essbereich abends wunderbar zusammensitzen. Türen Schlafzimmer schließen und dämmen sehr gut, so dass alles ruhig. Phantastische Terrasse in Süd/West Ausrichtung mit sehr schönem Ausblick ins Gsieser Tal und auf die Berge. Tisch, großer Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle. Verdunklung in allen Zimmern, so dass die Sonne tagsüber nicht ungehindert in die Wohnung scheint und diese aufheizt. Tiere auf dem Hof toll für Kinder. Tolle Gastgeber: Jessica und Christian sind wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend. Immer ansprechbar. Stets unterstützend. Semmel-Service wird angeboten. Über den 24h Hofladen gibt es stets hofeigene Eier. Tolles Tal: Das Gsieser Tal ist ein ruhiges Tal. Sehr schöne Wanderungen möglich. Man ist relativ flott in Antholz, Toblach/Innichen, Sextner Dolomiten/3 Zinnen. Wir kommen wieder. Hoffentlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

El apartamento es muy agradable y tiene todo lo necesario para que pases una estupenda estancia !! Las vistas son preciosas a la montaña y hay un río a unos metros , con una zona para caminar muy bonita y si vas a hacer trekking como hicimos nosotros es un buen punto para ir y regresar. En el barrio tienes de todo , restaurantes , tiendas y el centro muy cerca. Estupendos anfitriones siempre atentos , amables y al pendiente de cualquier pregunta y nos recomendaron varias opciones. Sin duda regresaría y recomendaría este departamento , gracias Christoph y Renate !

Jenny explained everything to us and answered all questions quickly. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the location is great. We enjoyed the cross-country skiing tracks in Misurina, the trips in the area and the slopes in Cortina. Thanks Jenny!

Everything was exactly as described. Georg was very friendly. Very easy communication. The penthouse was perfect for our stay

Die Lage der Unterkunft auf ca. 1500m ist grandios. Die Küche ist mit allen Basics zum kochen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm modern und das Bad hat eine tolle Dusche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten sehr angenehm im SPA-Bereich entspannen. Einziges Manko ist das mir durch die Anzeige auf Airbnb nicht bewusst wurde, dass der SPA-Bereich pro Tag 25€ p.P. Aufpreis kostet und dieser nicht im Preis enthalten ist. Preis-Leistung ist trotzdem gut. Perfekt zum wandern im Sommer 🙌🏼

Make & Georg are very thoughtful and helpful hosts. The apartment is spotless and spacious, easy to manage and very central. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we ate out on the balcony most nights, using a rug to keep warm! We did lots of great hiking in the surrounding area: didn’t need a hire-car because the public transport is so brilliant. Thoroughly recommend this Airbnb!

Cannot say enough great things about La Tambra. The location was perfect for hiking around the Santa Christina area in the Dolomites. Easily walkable to restaurants, but the best one was La Tambra steakhouse and pizzeria right below us. Ursula and her staff went out of their way to make us feel special as their guests. The breakfast included was a nice surprise and was excellent. Very nice touch for your stay. Highly recommend La Tambra!

Sehr schönes Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern plus ausziehbare Couch im Wohnzimmer. Viel Platz in der Wohnung, moderne Küche und modernes Bad mit Sauna als Highlight. Lage ist top, wenn man ein ruhigeres Plätzchen sucht. Im Ort hat es ein Restaurant. Frühstück kann von Valentin bezogen werden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage oberhalb von Lana. Sehr nette Vermieter, welche jeden Wunsch erfüllen und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle sind. Frische Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern, Brötchenservice oder auch Kräuter aus dem Garten- einfach ein toller Service. Man hat einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit herrlichem Blick auf das Tal und die Berge oder auch einen eigenen Tisch unter Weinreben zum essen und trinken.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso. A pochi metri dalle piste e dai servizi ma immersi nel silenzio e nella pace delle montagne. Terapeutico! Un caloroso ringraziamento a Marco e Nadia per la disponibilità e cortesia. Torneremo spero presto

Surely one of the best places to stay at Passo del Tonale! The apartments are very cozy and clean. Marco and Nadia are perfect hosts. Super friendly and very responsive! We’ll definitely come back!

Die Familie Walder ist wunderschön! Vielen Dank für einen fantastisch Urlaub! Valentin‘s chalet was perfect for our family of six. Close to the slopes or hiking, then a cozy farmhouse to relax and play for the afternoon. The option to order breakfast items from Frau Walder to pair with your hen’s daily egg is a nice touch (and delicious too!).

We were most impressed with two things, great breakfast, and hospitality of the host. We have 4 in the party and stayed at a 2-bedroom/2bath apartment on 3rd floor. the apartment was near perfect, the only mild issue was the awkward Bath tub downstair bathroom. Service and food at the restaurant was fast and excellent. Reservation is required.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund! Die Unterkunft & der Pool waren sehr sauber, der Garten wunderschön gepflegt und gut gelegen. Babsi war die freundlichste Vermieterin die wir je hatten! Sie gab gute Tipps für die Umgebung, leckere Brötchen morgens und war allgemein sehr freundlich! Klitze-kleines Manko falls man seinen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe erleben will: die nächste große Straße war etwas laut - wir würden es trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen!
