Beach condo holiday rentals in Avila Beach

Rhonda's place was beyond fantastic. The condo is modern and clean with lots of space and beautiful views. We walked to town and the beach. It was a great stay! Thank you!

I loved the location of this room. I felt safe at all times. The bed was the most comfy on earth! The location is perfect for beach combers and is a very convenient location for visiting the other local beaches and fun beach shopping and dinning. My brother will be renting this same unit in May. I will be back next year for sure!!

We had a lovely time in Oceano. The condo was cute and had everything we needed. And Amber was super communicative and friendly. Absolutely no complaints!

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful stay- close to the water, views of the rock, walkable to food spots. It was also very clean and spacious. Especially loved the rooftop dining area! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay at Amber’s place! The beach is right down the street, and the space felt perfect in size. It’s just like a master bedroom! I’m so glad there were coat hangers, and a dresser because I always overpack and had a ton of clothes I didn’t want wrinkled. I will definitely be coming back!

Had a nice couple days in Oceano/Pismo Beach Area. Airbnb has everything to make for a comfy stay for 6-8 ppl

Great house that had everything we needed. Close to everything and the garage was a great bonus. Everyone was so helpful and worked with us wonderfully. I wish every rental would go as smoothly. Highly recommended.

The rental company was really responsive and proactively checked in on us. The apartment is quite basic but the location was fabulous. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk, monarch butterfly grove and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The trash cans were hard to find but the company emailed us a map right away.

Property is clean, private and quiet. Location is perfect for beach and local amenities. The drive to SLO, Pismo area and local wineries is very easy. Terri is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was clean and exactly as discribed, and the views were amazing and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to many of the restaurants and shops, but still was far enough away to still feel like you had privacy, and the beach never got too busy. We also loved that this area was super dog friendly. If you enjoy the small town atmosphere and amazing views, I would highly recommend this place!

We have stayed at this location before. The condo meets all our needs. Having the elevator to reach the second floor location of the condo is essential for my son who has a walking challenge. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could cook some meals. The location is perfect with the ocean so close we could hear the waves. Lots of things to do within walking distance. This is our happy place.

We had a lovely stay. A couple of little bumps (no coffee pot, not enough toilet paper) but the unit is lovely, the views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our time!

A comfortable apartment, well renovated in an excellent location near the beach and a walking distance to downtown and the pier. The two floors are a good setup for 2 couples or a family. Very clean all around and the kitchen is well equipped with tableware, cooking tools and utensils. No AC but our trip was in winter and the 1st floor furnace heated all the rooms well. Highly recommended as a base for exploring the area.

Lovely house in an amazing location, easy to find and a quick walk down to the beach. Property was as-advertised. 10/10 would recommend!

This was such a rare find for us. We’re regulars at the Pismo Beach Clam Festival, and it was amazing to be just a few steps away from the festival, the pier, the beach, and perhaps most of all, Giuseppe’s! My 90+-year-old in-laws were very comfortable, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. Superb!

The condo was beautiful and truly couldn’t be a better location! It was literally steps to the beach! I REALLY appreciated the quality kitchen items - pots pans, etc. sharp knives.. all of the things that can really hit or miss with Air BNBs. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be returning!

This unit is adorable. We would stay there again when in the area. Avila is a perfect town, not too big and not too small. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this cute unit.

Beautiful, cute & cozy. Enjoyed listening to the ocean in the evenings on the patio. Avila🏖️ has always had our 💕. Looking forward to staying at this home again!

Had a great time here for Mother's day! You really can't beat the location - it is just a couple blocks from the beach and the little tourist area nearby, with almost everything you need in easy walking distance. Everything inside was nice too, and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location and walking distance to the beach and nice rooftop views. Garage was able to fit two cars perfectly fine. A Toyota Tacoma and Mazda cx5 Went with a family of 11. 3 rooms were fine for us. the 3rd room was downstairs and have to walk down the outside stairs by the garage. Was fine since you get privacy and have a private bathroom and mini fridge/kitchen. Overall great location and clean.
