Beach house holiday rentals in Avila Beach

Our family of 6 absolutely loved this beautiful house!! It was spacious and had everything we needed. My favorite space was the fire pit and the upstairs Love Shack suite! All the heart eye emojis!! Our only regret was not staying longer. We will definitely come back. I would highly recommend this wonderful home.

The place was everything we imagined it to be. The comfortable and well kept furniture made it feel like home. That and the beautiful beachfront view made for such a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place worked for our family. The layout of the house, the location, the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the host. All around amazing stay!

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

Our group really enjoyed staying here. It was easily walkable to the beach, ATV rentals, and a few close restaurants which made it a super convenient spot. The place itself was also very nice and perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s beach house in Oceano Dunes! I brought my mother to celebrate her birthday, along with my toddler daughter, and it was such a special getaway for all of us. The house was lovely—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was literally on the beach, with the patio opening right onto the sand. The upstairs balcony had an amazing view of the ocean, the beach, and all the activity—it was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. It was a little windy during our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. David was a fantastic host—responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d absolutely come back again!

This home was amazing! When we arrived, the house was perfectly clean and tidy with everything we needed. You get unbeatable views of the ocean and can have your toes in the sand with just a short walk. We were close driving distance to other desirable locations like Cambria, SLO, and Avila. The hosts were very responsive when I asked questions via text and also provided a guidebook that didn't steer us wrong in terms of activities and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

It is our very first airbnb experience, the house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay. Randall answered all our questions fully and promptly.

Great place in a great location. Kimmy's place was very clean, VERY well stocked, like a lived in home. The kitchen has more than the usual, she provided bathroom amenities, including disposable razors, tiny Toothpastes, and quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. The added leisure amenities were also a huge plus. Us 7 adults made use of all the gameroom games as well as the hot tub, bbq and we even made s'mores on the fire pit. (which she even had sticks for!) Plenty of room in a great quite location, walking distance to the pismo beach entrance. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying in this large, well-equipped home. Everything that we needed was there! There was plenty of room for privacy and for being together in both indoor and outdoor spaces. The view was gorgeous and we were near all the locations our family needed in Los Osos and San Luis Obispo. Thank you for sharing such a lovely space.

This house was beautiful and comfortable! Very easy to check in and get settled and there were many amenities and things to use. The beds were very comfortable, too.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean with enjoyable spaces and equipped with helpful beach gear(chairs, towels, toys for kids). The check-in, check-out instructions and expectations were clear and reasonable. Exploring the beach (a few houses down to beach access) and nearby restaurants was relaxing. The beach could be driven on, wish we had researched that better, and brought our 4x4 family vehicle. We would recommend.

Beautiful home with incredible views of the ocean & mountains. The kitchen had everything needed to cook in. Bathrooms were clean & updates. The beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend to anyone

Great spot in Los Osos! easy to get to the beach, quiet neighborhood, always great weather here. hosts were very clear with instructions and offer, kitchen was stocked and that was so nice to have breakfast taken care of!

Beautiful views of the ocean and Morro Rock! Loved the deck to watch the sunset over the ocean and relax. The doggie area was downstairs on turf and made it easy to let the dogs out rather than walk them on the steep hills. Warning, there are a lot of stairs and some steps inside the house which may not be safe for elderly people. We had a great time and were in town for our son's graduation.

Kyes place was so peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. We loved getting to use the spa every evening after hiking.

The place was clean and decent. Terri was very responsive. Location was walkable to the beach and restaurants. The only issue is parking, the garage is small and two large size cars are hard to fit, although possible. The place is a the bottom of a steep driveway and no parking there other than the garage. Overall a good stay.

We had our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly, so we stayed at Ruby’s place. It was adorable! The place fad everything we needed, and it was extremely comfortable. The decor was perfect for a beach cottage- thoughtfully and tastefully done! We didn’t walk to places to eat because our time was spent in SLO, but everything is walkable. We would definitely stay here again!

THE best Airbnb I have stayed in and I travel all year long..I needed rest and relaxation after months of work and I found it here. Sleepy bungalow a block and a half from the coastline. Private with LOTS of room inside and out. Kitchen is ready to cook and we made some great meals. Dining inside or out. Everything is clean and well put together. From the choice in faucets and appliances to the leather couch and tvs, the beds and the outdoor furniture. Windy and cold on the beach?? Lay out in the backyard or sit in a Adirondacks..the wind gets knocked down and it’s a perfect day. Bored?? Walk around the local neighborhood or play some pool in the garage. Like good foods? Local grocery has AMAZING foods (prime cuts, imported cheeses and wines, awesome deli salads) as well as lots of local eateries to find!! I normally stay in Cayucos when I need a getaway…I found my new favorite, assuming it’s available. Plus Hannah is very communicative and easy to get a hold of.

Amazing stay in Grover Beach! The house was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, which is just minutes from Pismo Beach Pier and everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
