Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ayr

We had a great visit. Everything we needed was there. The welcome basket was great. Lesley was a grest host and we woukd stay there again.

A lovely furnished and ever so comfortable property in a lovely peaceful location a wonderful time had by all of the family.

We had the most wonderful stay at Beeswing, the place is truly a home from home, absolutely every little detail has been thought about. It was our very first trip away with our newborn son so that we could attend a wedding nearby and I was very anxious but my nerves completely disappeared on arrival. Vicki had set and made up a travel cot ready for us and thoughtfully left us biscuits and tea to settle in. The place was immaculate and the beds so comfortable all of us slept brilliantly. The location was so convenient right on the edge of the high street so we could go out for breakfasts and dinners and also enjoy a couple of countryside walks. We all said we wished we had stayed another night.

We were really pleased with our stay at Lorna's, nothing was too much trouble & it was nice to meet Lorna when we arrived. Lorna's house was a real home from home, everywhere was clean & tidy, it was a nice touch that she left us with provisions when we arrived, which she didn't have to do. l would highly recommend.

Great location, clean and good information was provided by our hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

This, by far, is the best stay I have visited. Marie is the perfect host, communicated in an exceptional manner, and provided the loveliest place to centre our stay in Edinburgh. From check in to check out, I felt welcome, comfortable, and well situated. Buses were frequent to go anywhere we needed and the accommodation was a welcome resting place after a long day of exploring. I have stayed many places but Marie's provided both the necessities and little extras that made this a fondly remembered experience rather than just a place to lay my head. I recommend this to anyone who wishes to visit and will be recommending it to family and friends who wish to visit in the future.

I travelled to The Coach House for business. It is a 10 minute drive to Workington. Everything was to a good standard, aesthetically pleasing, and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower spacious. You will have neighbours - the sheep. The sheep made a sound, I thought it was a duck! Thanks Joanna. Pig loved it too. X

The flat was perfect, as described and felt like home, couldn't fault it at all. If im ever in Glasgow again and this place is listed, ill definitely be booking again. Also, there was a brillaint pub 2 mins round the corner, just passed the Tesco Express called the Bon Accord which had brilliant/friendly staff, brilliant food/alcohol and atmosphere, spent each evening there for dinner and I highly recommend that pub to anyone who stays here. Many thanks for the great experience I had!

another great stay at Tom's place, I love this flat, easy to walk into town, plenty shops and bars on doorstep. I was met by Cathy, such a lovely lady, flexible check in and out. flat is spotless, very comfy sofas and bed.

Can’t recommend this place enough, fantastic location with great views, lovely hosts and clean & tidy apartment. Easy access to Edinburgh and the airport, when I arrived I got a Taxi from the airport, if I’d have known how simple the tram/bus journey would have been I’d have done that, I did for my return journey. Local restaurants are lovely and welcoming (Saphire & Queens Spice), good pint in the Thirty Knots too! I arrived late in the day, to be welcome with bread and milk amongst other things was just wonderful, simple touch which went a long way! I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone looking Thank you to the host(s)

Would happily recommend and visit again, the facilities provided were excellent! Communication with the hosts was clear and quick, no problem at all. We brought food with us based on the description and had no problem with the Aga. The heating and WiFi was perfect. Loved having the use of the terrace and garden! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thanks for having us.

I can't recommend Brendan as a Host enough. You can tell he's passionate about what he does and he's extremely helpful. There were many thoughtful gestures in the flat and the space was pristinely clean. The location is convenient, and very easy to access from town. It's great value for money and I would definitely love to return some day.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm empfunden. Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb gelegen aber durch einige Buslinien sehr gut mit dem Zentrum verbunden. Der Platz ist wirklich ideal genutzt und zu zweit fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Auch steht Infomaterial zur Verfügung.

We had a wonderful time in Lesley’s immaculate home. There was LOADS of space which was wonderful particularly as our group contained people of different generations. There were many things which we simply didn’t have time to use but we could have happily lived in the property for months, it was so exceptionally well equipped. It was very easy to communicate with Lesley from the moment I booked right through to leaving. We also bumped into Patrick who helps out with the property and he was super-friendly. All-in-all a wonderful place which made our special occasion at Glasgow Art School really memorable and perfect. Thank-you!

We had a fab stay in Eva’s flat and she was a great host. The photos really don’t do the place justice. The neighbourhood is lovely, very safe and quiet. We weren’t there long enough to appreciate a fraction of what Glasgow has to offer so we’d definitely come back and stay here again!

The host was very friendly and welcoming. During my stay, I felt comfortable as if I were at my own home!

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! Daniela was an excellent, welcoming host. The room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The property was close proximity to Edinburgh Airport and located in beautiful surroundings on the golf course. It was easy to get to Edinburgh and I enjoyed staying outside of the city. I highly recommend and will stay again, for sure!

Brenda was incredibly kind and gave us lots of great recommendations for hidden gems in the area. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the place was so quiet and peaceful at night. The surroundings were beautiful, with a lovely garden to relax in. I absolutely adored Snowball and Hermione—so fluffy and friendly! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We booked this as our last location while visiting Scotland and I’m glad we did! It was such a peaceful way to enjoy our trip and not coming home feeling like we needed a vacation from our vacation. All the amenities were lovely! We used the tub numerous times, I meditated with the fire going, the fairy lights were magical. Overall, wonderful experience and I would definitely book again!

Pat et Allan sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous sommes accueilli comme des invités. La chambre et sa salle de bain attenante sont impeccables et on s'y sent bien. Nous pouvons nous installer dans le salon pour lire ou regarder la TV. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et équilibré. C'est une bonne adresse

Freshly made loaf and warm scones awaited us on arrival so a lovely start. Room was lovely and we slept well in the large comfy bed. Jain is on hand if you need her and was there to welcome us.

The stable was a beautiful place to stay! The interior was spacious and exceptionally clean! Highly recommend, we stayed here before our flight out of Glasgow, easy commute to the airport from the stable!

Anne nous a réservé un très bon accueil à notre arrivée (polie, le sourire et quelques mots de français). Sa petite maison est charmante, avec en prime des attentions pour ses locataires (pain frais, confiture, beurre, fromage...). J'étais un peu effrayé par la circulation pour sortir et entrer dans la propriété. Mais comme les écossais sont beaucoup plus courtois et patients au volant que les français : tout s'est bien passé 😅. Un dernier mot pour préciser que le logement était super propre. Merci encore à Anne
