Great Airbnb with plenty of free! parking and close to the harbor, a shopping center, the airport and plenty of restaurants. The fridge did not work in the beginning which was fixed within hours. The host was always helpful and communicative.

Beautiful apartment, nice and modern decoration, comfortable beds. Everything was brand new. Multiple amenities including washing machine ( very convenient in our opinion). The host was very helpful, reachable and he gave us many tips and recommendations about the island. Also the apartment has it’s own parking spot . It is located in a calm area close to the city center.

Tout c’est très bien passé, l’appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir Ponta Delgada à pied. L’appartement est confortable et l’hôte communique facilement et est arrangeante.

Esmeralda is a wonderful host! She is warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Her apartment was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. It’s very close to the city center, yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I was traveling with my mom, and there was plenty of space for the two of us. Although there's no elevator, it wasn’t an issue for us — and if you're traveling with a stroller, you can easily leave it in the hallway downstairs. From time to time, our sister would stop by and leave her 7-month-old baby with us — even then, we had no trouble with space or the stroller. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including an induction stove. The apartment was warm, the beds were comfortable, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Esmeralda kindly waited for our very late check-in and also allowed us to check out later, which we deeply appreciate. Will be happy to stay at Esmeralda's place again :)

Eduardo fue un gran anfitrión. Nos recibió personalmente, para explicarnos todas las comodidades del apartamento y hacernos algunas recomendaciones acerca de la isla, qué hacer y dónde comer. En cuanto al apartamento: limpio, con todas las comodidades y muy acogedor. Localización céntrica y parking público al lado.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. Very easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. But also in a quiet area. Having a garage parking spot was crucial (street parking in Ponta Delgada is a nightmare). The outdoor patio is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The place was spotless and cleaned daily. My only negative is that if you are planning on cooking there are literally no supplies (oil, flour, any essentials). It didn’t matter for us since we wanted to explore the (very good) restaurant scene nearby. But if you were planning to cook meals the kitchen is not stocked.

Localização fantástica para visitar toda a ilha. O estacionamento no local é sem dúvida uma mais valia e o apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para nos sentirmos confortáveis. Correspondeu em tudo e a relação qualidade-preço é maravilhosa. Recomendarei, sem dúvida.

We loved staying here! Rodrigo was so kind and left us all sorts of local treats that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was easy to get everywhere from this location (both walking down the street to all of the Ponta Delgada sites, shops, and restaurants as well as being able to drive to the other sites on the island) and there was a free public parking lot right down the street. The apartment is very quiet, we rarely heard neighbors or outside noises. Lastly, we inadvertently left some clothes behind and Rodrigo texted me right away to tell me. Unfortunately, we’d already returned our rental car so we couldn’t get back to pick it up. Rodrigo went above and beyond to drop off the clothes where my cousins were staying, about 15 minutes away from the city! We absolutely loved our visit to Sao Miguel!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andre’s place. It is located in a great location in walking distance to stores restaurants and entertainment. The pool onsite is nice especially when traveling with an infant. The apartment was nice and clean and is equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Zostaliśmy przyjeci bardzo miło. Otrzymalismy wiele rad, smaczna restauracje oraz wiele prywatnej pomocy. Bardzo doceniam to, że mogliśmy skorzystać z jego uslug. Polecamy serdecznie i pozdrawiamy.

The apartment is centrally located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of charming Ponta Delgada. The hosts were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Eunice was an amazing host. She was always responsive, helpful and very kind. We had issues with the lock box and within 10 min she had the matter solved. We would definitely recommend Eunice as a host!

Maria’s home is gorgeous, clean and well decorated. Looks exactly like the pictures, located in a great location that is a great home base to explore the whole island. We came late in the day and left early morning, Maria was very accommodating, the house has anything you could need. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again!

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment von Ruben! Es gibt einen schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Innenstadt ist Fußläufig gut zu erreichen und gibt viele schöne Orte in der Nähe, die mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit in Ponte Delgada!

Azores island Sao Miguel was just complete paradise! Our apartment was very clean including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and 2 bedrooms.There were air conditioners in every room which also included a beautiful view of the ocean or mountains. Once a week came a cleaning lady to change the bedsheets and swipe the floor clean. Our location was pretty close to some supermarkets containing a large amount of choice between foods. The ocean was very close as it only took about 5 minutes to walk there. Outside lay a lot of lounges which were free to use any time. There was also a big pool for a hot day to rest in which opened and closed at 9:00. On the other side of the pool was a small building containing a toilet and a few showers when on the outside was a gazebo including a grill with wood to cook a meal anytime! Also there was a big parking place in use for all residents and an electric gate which opened just in use of a remote.

This place was walking distance from the beginner surf spot. Would recommend a car/scooter regardless of where you stay on the island. This place had a nice garage to use and was easy to drive in any direction and easy to return home. I would highly recommend this place for and island adventure HQ or surfing HQ

Gorgeous location with everything you need for a great stay. We really enjoyed the sunsets. Bed was comfortable. The house is a different color than the listing which made finding it a little confusing (it’s white with blue trim now). Check-in could be a little smoother, but was by no means terrible. Overall, this was a really lovely stay.

We stayed at Maria’s place for one week with our 11 month old baby as she provided all (and more) of the baby essentials (high chair, pack and play, baby bath, towel, shampoo, etc.). Many additional amenities and extras were provided which were appreciated, including a dropped off breakfast one morning. Overall, we loved our time at Maria’s place, having access to guaranteed, private parking was a huge plus! The only downfall was that for the first couple of days there was a musty smell, which dissipated throughout the week. Maria was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours ahead of the listed time, which was great as we had an overnight flight!

Apartamento muito espaçoso, limpo e com todas as comodidades para uma estadia agradável. Facilidade de estacionamento. A Raquel e o marido receberam-nos com muita simpatia, deram-nos dicas para visitar a Ilha e indicaram-nos restaurantes típicos. Foram muito flexíveis quanto ao check-in e check-out. Muito agradável o cestinho de boas-vindas com produtos locais

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Appartamento spazioso e molto luminoso. Posizione ottima sia per visitare l"isola che per godersi il mare con una bella piscina o direttamente sulla spiaggia che é proprio a due passi. Vicinanza di un supermercato ben fornito e di numerosi bar o ristoranti. Monica che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile consigliato sicuramente.

O espaço e a localização são excelentes, esperávamos no entanto que alguns pormenores fossem melhores. Os colchões, embora seja uma questão de gostos, poderiam ser mais confortáveis (opinião unânime dos 3 quartos), os lençóis demasiado pequenos para as camas, a cozinha poderia estar um pouco melhor equipada, por exemplo falta uma varinha mágica e uma saladeira. Pela primeira vez não tivemos um carinho de boas vindas (por exemplo umas cápsulas para café), não sendo importante caí bem a quem chega. Apesar destes pequenos detalhes, a avaliação é bastante boa. Recomendo, esperando que o anfitrião possa melhorar os pontos descritos.
