We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Terceira. The north coast is very peaceful and quiet. The house is located within a few minutes of a small village with a grocery store and a few nice restaurants. The drive to the main cities is about 20 to 30 minutes. The house was just as pictured with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and tons of towels and linens. The pool and hot tub are lovely and clean with gorgeous views. There’s a fire pit and sauna available as well. The kids loved checking in on the chickens, peacocks and bunnies every day and also playing on the swings. Hugo was a great host. Always responsive and provided tons of great local recommendations. Overall a fabulous stay on this beautiful island!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly a piece of heaven on earth. It was peaceful, beautiful, central and had everything we could have wanted for a perfect getaway. The property was stunning, but what made it even more special was Jose’s incredible hospitality. He gave us a full tour of the premises, sharing details about the fruit trees and how to harvest fresh fruit and eggs daily. He also brought us breakfast foods and helped us with rental car issues and recommendations for local spots. Jose’s kindness and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and warm, and we feel lucky to have crossed paths with him. We also adored the cat living on the property—so sweet, adorable, and friendly! He added extra charm to our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway in the Azores!

Pierre’s manor may be the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. An authentic, comfortable, well-maintained 200+ year old property that has many nooks and crannies to explore. You will have a view of both the ocean and farm land—rolling hills and pastures. Bucolic and peaceful. Only about a 7 minute drive from the main road. Breakfast was simple but delicious too. Stay here!

Se pudesse deixaria 10 estrelas à casinha e aos anfitriões Guida e Jorge. Alem de serem ótimos anfitriões sempre demonstraram muita gentileza e disponibilidade com aquilo que precisasse. As fotos não fazem jus ao espaco, é muito mais lindo do que nas fotos! Além de haver sido construída por eles, a casinha está cheia de equipamentos úteis que podemos usar, além dos detalhes da decoração que são preciosos ! A localização está afastada da cidade, o que para nós é essencial, há animais ao redor (cachorros, galinhas, peru, gatinhos) a quinta é preciosa e bastante tropical :) nos sentimos muito confortáveis e tranquilos. A casinha é um ótimo lugar se você deseja paz e tranquilidade .. há quem se perturbe com o barulho dos animais , mas nós adoramos a experiência ! Recomendo esse espaço para quem quer entrar em contato com a natureza e a tranquilidade do campo .. a gentileza dos anfitriões ultrapassou qualquer expectativa, estavam sempre a disposição e nos presentearam ovos de suas galinhas

Miguel estuvo muy atento a nuestra llegada nos estuvo esperando en la puerta de casa y nos conto todo lo que podíamos hacer en el isla sin ninguna prisa. Recomendadonos restaurantes y lugares de interés. La casa es perfecta para ir pareja con todo lo necesario y con un patio precioso.

We spent four days in this beautifully converted windmill right by the port of Praia. The village center, the beach and the supermarket are only a short walk away. The port installations with their industrial charm spoil the otherwise beautiful location a bit, but it‘s quiet regardless. The views of the mountains are fantastic, as is the experience of living in an old windmill. The kitchenette is small and not the most practical, but caters to basic needs. Capsule coffee maker, microwave and oven are provided. The beds in both bedrooms were super comfy. It can get cool, but there are electric radiators in both bedrooms. The living room (a few easily manageable stairs) feels a bit like a museum with old appliances around. A narrow spiral staircase (odd angle) leads to the top bedroom, the highlight of the windmill! The terrace is great, but lounge chairs and a proper table would have been welcome. João is a great host, very helpful and always available. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's house. He was extremely helpful and responsive. We appreciated all the amenities and the spacious backyard. Make sure to check out Golfinho Snack-Bar, their food is to die for! Will defo return!

Avant d’arrivée l’hôte prends le temps de repondre a nos questions par message. Une fois arrivée sur place on se sent bien accueilli, nous recevons une visite des lieux. Nous avions loué le studio qui as une superficie impeccable pour un couple, tres propre, tout le nécessaire de cuisine, une machine a laver, produit vaisselle, … . L’hôte peut vous conseiller pour des activités, restaurants, magasins, … si vous le souhaitez. Pendant la semaine nous n’avons pas souvent croisé les hôtes (ce qui nous convenait) mais nous pouvions toujours les joindre en cas de besoin (leurs maison est sur le terrain privé). Le studio a son propre petit jardin privé ou nous sommes a l’abris de tout regard. A la fin du séjour nous avons eu une visite des plantations d’ananas qui était très interessante ! Je recommande a 100% se logement avec leurs hôtes accueillant! Nous avons passez un excellent séjour autant dans le studio que sur l’ile magnifique de São Miguel.

A nossa estadia foi perfeita. A casa tinha todas as comidades para uma estadia perfeita. O Jose, o anfitrião, foi sempre muito simpático e deu-nos inumeras dicas de S. Jorge. Todos os dias nos deixou pão fresco à porta. O acesso à casa é o ponto negativo, mas tudo o resto supera este pormenor. Recomendo vivamente este alojamento para uma estadia em S. Jorge.

Une maison de ferme complètement rénovée avec matériaux de haute qualité. Lits très confortables. Bananeraie accessible. Chemins de campagne magnifiques. Location à 5 min de tous les services. Cadre bucolique. Chants des oiseaux et des coqs. Vila Franca do Campo est une destination IDÉALE: en une semaine nous avons pu faire tous les attraira de l’Ile et ce, grâce à la localisation de la casa. Près de l’aéroport aussi. Terrasse extérieure parfaite pour les petits-déjeuners. Douche extérieure formidable après la plage.

I had an incredible time at Gigi house! From the moment I arrived, Gigi was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. The place was even better than the pictures – the sunsets need to be lived, it was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring, and the had everything we needed. The pool and the sauna are TOP! The place was spotless and super comfy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I loved the little touches like the welcome basket. All in all, I can’t wait to come back!

We extremely loved our stay at Dario and Rafaela’s place. The condo actually is much better than the photos and with many new furniture inside it. It has absolutely everything needed for a lovely stay and exploring the island, as it’s basically in the middle of it :) we were with our 3 year old son and he enjoyed the garden and all the animals. The owners are very kind, helpful and caring people! We highly recommend it and looking forward for our next visit :)

Emanuel’s place was amazing, the house and the surroundings were superb. We had a really great time at his place. It was really nice to get to pick up farm vegetables and to egg hunt everyday.

Wow! We loved our stay at the farm. Fabulous hosts, friendly animals, fresh bread, gorgeous room and common area. This is a very special place. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were nice and cozy and the location is awesome! There is a big yard in front of the rooms which creates an extremely relaxing environment. Duarte is an amazing person, one of the best hosts I have ever had! Totally recommended!

Ricardo was a great host, he met us and walked us through the house as well as gave us local recommendations. It was a beautiful place to stay, surroundings were beautiful as well as the Airbnb itself.

Nous avons adoré notre court séjour chez Ana Paula. Elle est une hotesse accueillante et disponible en cas de besoin. Comme elle demeure sur place dans une autre section de la maison, nous l'avons croisée à quelques reprises et c'était agréable de discuter et de profiter de ses conseils. Elle nous permet de nous sentir chez nous dès l'arrivée. Le logement est parfait et coquet avec toutes les commodités. Les photos reflètent bien la réalité, mais c'était encore mieux en vrai :) Il y a une cour pour stationner l'auto. Un panier de produits locaux nous attendait à l'arrivée, nous avons apprécié l'attention. Nous recommandons l'endroit et avons adoré notre séjour!!

180度海景和山景，非常漂亮，令人心旷神怡。屋里非常非常的干净，赤脚踩在干净的地砖上很舒服。设备也非常齐全。唯一的缺点是房间确实潮湿，屋内有配备一台抽湿机可以得到改善。幸好走道和客厅能洒进太阳。我们是五月底入住的，天气还算是比较理想。完厕后厕所纸不能扔进马桶冲掉可能会有些不习惯（岛上很多地方都这样），所以不影响我们对这屋子的评价。

We fully agree with all the superlatives in previous reviews: luxurious house at the foot of the forest with breathtaking view of the ocean. Very private and very well maintained. Our children who were studying for exams during the stay pronounced the WIFI excellent and were thankful the house had a separate room with a big desk where one could study, paint, etc. The wooden fire is easy to light and ample wood is provided. The AC wall-heaters provide additional, more than sufficient, heat in case you consider renting as us in late December. The host Jorge was extremely responsive from start to finish. We have stayed at quite a lot of places via airbnb and could say with confidence Jorge’s hospitality was unprecedented. Such a nice person! We have never been to the Açores and Terceira before but after spending 10 days here believe Biscoitos is the best location, especially for people who like hiking, nature and appreciate home cooking in family restaurants! Recommended 100%!

Superbe logement dans un endroit très tranquille. Très propre et bien équipé pour cuisiner. L’hôte nous a même laissé plusieurs produits locaux à l’arrivée. Très belle piscine naturelles à distance de marche. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous dès l’arrivée.

The Hause is a beauty, traditional and with charm. Is located in a great position with an amazing view on the ocean. Four people can stay extremely comfortably since very spacious and furnished. Gustavo is a great host, very friendly and communicative, you’ll receive precise info and useful advices. It was a great experience for us.

Le logement que nous a proposé Catia et Miguel correspondait à nos attentes, et les photos aussi. Nous avons été accueillis par Miguel qui est une bonne personne, il est amical et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. La location est entouré par des animaux c'est en fait une ferme rénovée et il y avait tout ce qu'on peut espérer avoir dans une location. Vraiment le top. Si nous devrions revenir sur cette île magnifique c'est chez Catia et Miguel que nous reviendrons. Merci à vous Miguel de votre gentillesse et votre accueil. Myriam et Claude
