This is an incredible place to stay in Terceria. It is in the city and easy walking distance to sightseeing, restaurants, etc. We were a family of 5 and the kids loved the place too. Antonio was great for local recommendations, reservations and communications. This place is an A+, I highly recommend it for your trip to the Azores.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral auf der Insel. Sie hat daher einen guten Standort, um alles auf Insel schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert, wodurch es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig ist. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass auf Nachfrage ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl beigestellt wurden. Auch der persönliche Kontakt zu Rui war sehr angenehm.

A casa é mais que suficiente para duas pessoas. Tudo limpo e arrumado e tbm equipada,mesmo a estrear. Fica perto do centro comercial e bastante calmo. Gostamos bastante da estadia 😃

Great location, beautiful view. The house was very clean and the welcome package of local assortments was a really nice touch. Communication was super smooth as well as the check in and out. Since we stayed for a week, they even cleaned the place in the middle!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone exploring the island.

I was so happy with this apartment. It was beautiful! The inside looked just like the pictures and the back area was better than I imagined. The location was great. There was plenty of parking nearby so my rental car was readily available. There were 2 days I just walked around Angra because there was so much to see and do. Eugenia met me at the apartment and gave me all of the information I needed. I had to leave early for my flight and the check out procedures were very clear. I could not be happier with my choice to stay here. It added to my whole experience.

We really enjoyed our stay on Sao Miguel. It’s a nice place. We would recommend renting a car. The communication was great and we liked the apartment a lot. It’s located in a nice area.

Un 10 de 10 ,el alojamiento super bonito , acojedor ,,, Susana y Jorge personas maravillosas , un verdadero placer haberles conocido , super atentos , nos recomendaron muchisimos sitios para visitar ,vcomer , se preocuparon de nosotros de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto , ,, la verdad esperamos volver por la isla, que es una belleza y obviamente sera nuestra primera opcion donde quedarnos , agradecidos con ellos y con la casita , quedamos enamorados 😍

Het is een heerlijk huisje. Heel erg compleet en van veel gemakken voorzien. Fijne keuken, badkamers zijn slim ingericht zodat niet alles nat wordt en genoeg bergruimte. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en de omgeving. Er is een fijne, ruime tuin. Wij hebben wel echt tuinmeubilair gemist omdat wij echt graag buiten zijn en graag buiten eten. Een lekkere lounge set zou geweldig zijn. Luisa is heel erg aardig en heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen. Als we nog eens op Terceira komen zouden we zeker nog eens hier willen verblijven.

Our experience was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were so surprised that Eugenia greeted us with a pot of soup and fresh bread that helped make our first evening there much easier. The home has everything you need, a great kitchen and the sound of the waves to put you to sleep at night. The patio was absolutely amazing for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Eugenia is an amazing host and stayed very accessible to us. Very responsive to questions and requests. We work when we travel so we asked if there was an extension cord available for us to be able to sit on the patio with our laptops. Rui, her husband, showed up within minutes with one for us to use. We would stay here again without hesitation.

An amazing property with beautiful views of the ocean. The house was clean and well organized. Jose was very helpful and always answered questions with a swift reply. You won't be disappointed with booking this property. I will definitely return and recommend! Thank you very much Jose

Wir haben uns direkt wohl bei Jéssica gefühlt. Als wir in die Unterkunft gekommen sind wurden wir mit Wein, leckeren Käse, Früchte und mehr begrüßt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, man hat seine Ruhe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben und mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Der Backofen hat leider Probleme gemacht und Jéssica hat direkt am nächsten Tag einen neuen einbauen lassen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und uns wurde immer schnell weitergeholfen. Das Bett ist leider etwas ungemütlich, der Rest war perfekt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Great spot to stay, it was easy to get around to the different areas on the island from here. Very clean, had everything we needed and a pretty view. Nuno gave us great recommendations of what to do and very good instructions to find the place. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks Nuno for the hospitality!

Eduardo fue un gran anfitrión. Nos recibió personalmente, para explicarnos todas las comodidades del apartamento y hacernos algunas recomendaciones acerca de la isla, qué hacer y dónde comer. En cuanto al apartamento: limpio, con todas las comodidades y muy acogedor. Localización céntrica y parking público al lado.

Place feels safe. It's located in a private neighborhood with automatic fence. Dedicated private parking spot is under a roof so the car is extra secure. Few minutes by car from the city center. Apartment was really large, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

We had a incredible stay at Francisco’s. The ocean view from the apartment was gorgeous, we enjoyed sitting out there in the morning and evenings. The video instructions made everything super clear and easy. He also gave us great recommendations and was very responsive when we had questions. The location is perfect: so close to a great village, swimming spot and a 15 minute drive to the airport. It was easy to get everywhere on the island from there. We Hope to return again soon!

Such a bargain for a delightfully decorated apartment with an incredible view and a hot tub on the terrace!!! The area was peaceful and stunning and the apartment had everything you could need! Definitely recommend :)

El alojamiento De Francisco es tal cual las fotos, un apartamento muy limpio, con excelentes vistas y muy buena ubicación, en el medio de la isla y de muy fácil acceso e incluye plaza de parking. Francisco super atento y amable con cada detalle y nos hemos sentido realmente muy cómodos, como en casa. Lo recomendamos totalmente y volveríamos a elegirlo. Gracias francisco!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andre’s place. It is located in a great location in walking distance to stores restaurants and entertainment. The pool onsite is nice especially when traveling with an infant. The apartment was nice and clean and is equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
