Stilvolles Bauernhaus mit Bergpanorama

Ruhe, Privatsphäre und eine atemberaubende Bergkulisse erwarten Sie an diesem Wohlfühlort. Bauweise, Alter und Geschichte machen seine besondere Ausstrahlung aus. Das ganze Haus ist gepflegt, aber alt. Das Alter macht den Charme aus, bringt aber auch hier einen Kratzer, dort ein Stäubchen, etwas blätternde Farbe und wiederkehrende Spinnweben mit sich. Das Haus wurde im Frühling 2021 massiv renoviert und mit einer Solaranlage ausgestattet. Das Haus ist ideal für Familientreffen oder mit Freunden.

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. Die Wohnung liegt in der Zentralschweiz. Sie haben mit dem Auto nach Luzern 35 Min., Zürich 45 Min., Bern 40 Min. oder Aarau 15 Min. Die Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustüre. In unserem Dorf gibt es sehr gute Restaurant's, unter anderem eine Bäckerei mit frischer Ware . Da wir in einem ruhigen Dorf gelegen sind empfiehlt es sich mit einem Auto zu kommen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nehmen hier mehr Zeit in Anspruch für eine Reise.
