The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The private apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people in two rooms. One room is equipped with a double box spring board 180x200 and the other room with two beds 120x200. An ideal starting point for cycling tours and excursions. The village center of Aldersbach with shops and restaurants is about 1.2 km from our farm.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

In the immediate vicinity (about 150 m) you have the opportunity to use public transport in the direction of Bad Griesbach town center/thermal baths as well as Passau. Private car parking is available at your doorstep - truck parking a few minutes' walk away.
