Everything worked out great and the communication also worked great afterwards. We overlooked that a bedroom is a passageway, but that was not the fault of the landlord, so we can only report positive things :-)

Five stars really aren’tenough there should be more stars for this stay the apartment is amazing. olga and her family make it a home. Olga is the kindest host I’ve ever had we spent the Christmas and New year holidays here and it could not have been better she was so helpful with information and welcomed us with complete care. Again, I can’t say enough. Her kindness supersedes s all expectations

Central accommodation with charm - we felt very comfortable and reached everything on foot (incl. main train station). The view over the rooftops is magnificent.

And had a very nice stay during a trip to Italy. Nice and calm environment. Nice house, everything present, delicious fresh beds. Recommended!

My stay at Jürgen's place was great. The apartment is well equipped and left nothing to be desired, nothing was missing. We had the best time! Julia's house is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need and more. Her taste on decoration is exquisite and the house has a homey feeling to it - we never felt we in an "Airbnb" but rather we felt feom the beginning more like at home. There is everything to cook your meals in terms of lithchen accessories. The living room is super cozy, we spent Chtistmas time there and, despite it being Winter, we had sun almost everyday coming into the living room. There is also a toof deck were you can see the horizon and the sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and you cam easily walk to some nature or take public transport and go to Suttgart. There is a baker very close by. Five out of five stars!

I loved staying at this central apartment. It us a very quiet area and also a very quiet building, so I slept really well.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment! Communication with the landlord was excellent – very fast, courteous and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped, exactly as described in the text and shown in the pictures. It was everything you need (plus an additional sauna), available and worked perfectly. We also liked the beautiful garden with a pond and cozy outdoor seating.

Great stay at Julian's again, great apartment, centrally located, everything close. Friendly communication, that's fun! Glad to come back.

Great apartment with everything you need! Also very suitable for longer stays (washing machine, iron & ironing board etc). Host Patrick is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. Glad to come back!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and ideally located – just a few minutes from the city. Especially practical: an excellent bakery is located right next door. The host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Overall a very enjoyable stay, which I am happy to recommend!

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

The apartment was super clean and even better than we expected! Franziska was amazing—quick to respond and super helpful. She even offered us a later checkout, which was so kind. Everything was well thought out, and we’d definitely recommend it!

It was a very nice stay. Very straightforward check-in. Apartment large and very clean. Bed was a bit narrow but still fit. When parking, I would advise everyone to book the parking space.
