"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Located in a sunny forest clearing at the beginning of Anlauftal Valley, there's nature right on your doorstep. While easily accessible M A R I E N S T E I N is a unique mountain hideaway with the forest, the nearby running mountain creek, the steep walls of Hohe Tauern and the numerous waterfalls in the area giving it a unique wild vibe. 19 persons capacity. Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

We offer our approximately 250-year-old hut for your own use. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

Tauernstöckl - Apartment 3

Spacious apartment (entire attic) for 10 (+) people in a renovated turn-of-the-century villa. Ideal for families or ski groups. Amenities: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, cozy sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony, parking, ski storage, dogs welcome, extra beds possible. In the main season, we only offer our apartments on a weekly basis. If you are interested in shorter stays, please contact us. In some cases, shorter bookings are also possible!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tower in the mountains

This unique home is located in the Hohen Tauern at 1000m above sea level. Not only the architectural style is unique, but the view of huge mountains, lake, and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m2 ground there are still 2 core renovated quaint log houses that are over 200 years old and can also be rented. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within a short distance.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
