Our Superior Suite offers 39 m² (420 sq. ft.) of space, featuring a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. Your suite is located in a Belle Époque building constructed in 1895 in the historic city center of Bad Gastein, just a stone's throw from the famous waterfall. As the starting point of the historic promenade created by Kaiser Wilhelm I, our on-site café/wine bar, with its wonderful sun terrace, invites you to enjoy fine drinks.

The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Grenzberg - Bad Gastein, apartment, approx. 65 square meters

The newly renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential complex and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath/shower and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bright living room and a balcony with seating. Wi-Fi and TV are included. The complex is a few minutes' walk from the center of Bad Gastein and the ski bus stop. Parking spaces in front of the house, a laundry room, a bicycle room, a lift and a ski room with boot heating are also available.

Large window fronts bring the Alpine scenery DIRECTLY into the living room/kitchen area and the two bedrooms. High-quality, custom-made carpentry creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. Centrally located in Salzburg's largest ski region. Leogang, Saalbach, Maria Alm, Hochkönig, Zell am See and Kaprun can be reached in 15 minutes.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Vintage-style apartment for 2-4 people, on the 2nd floor of a renovated turn-of-the-century villa. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, bedroom, cozy sitting area, Wi-Fi, cable TV, parking, ski storage, dogs welcome, extra beds possible. Take the time to escape everyday life and enjoy comfort and luxury combined with impressive mountain scenery.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
