Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter.
