Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Im Dezember 2022 komplett kernsaniert, haben wir dieser Ferienwohnung im Souterrain mit rustikalen Holzelementen und Steinfliesen Wohlfühlcharakter verpasst und mit Liebe zum Detail neu eingerichtet.
