Great host. Fully equipped house in beautiful surroundings up on the hill. I have to truly recommend it.

We were there for 2nd time and we choose this for location (near Is great thermal spa, Hallstatt and more interesting places). IT IS strategic place. Also every year is baloon night at Filzmoos at that time, so Is nice to see the hot air baloons at night, magical moments. Think next year again..

Robert was a great host, comunication was a bit difficult in English but we managed, its a wonderful place but isolated, Halleib is a nice town near by and you can shop there

there were no sanitary ware and a small number of towels for a week's stay, no sauna, atypical for Austria

We enjoyed it very much, we will be happy to come back to you!!!

If you want to really switch off, I can only recommend this farmhouse to you! We felt completely comfortable here from the first moment. The house dates from 1770 and has its very own distinctive charm. There is an incredible amount of space: e.g. a billiard room for social evenings, a fireplace where you want to read for hours or play games, a very spacious and cozy kitchen, and even a sauna. The many bedrooms are perfect to retreat when needed – especially with children or in changeable weather a real plus. We really enjoyed heating with the wood-burning stoves – that makes the whole house even more cozy. The kids were in heaven too! Goats, sheep, ponies, chickens and rabbits (which you were also allowed to feed!) The location is also just perfect: Beautiful hiking and mountain tours start right outside the door. It was a great time for us - we'll definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay in Hollersbach im Pinzgau! We have been skiing holidays with many friends for years. This year we were a total of 15 people and 4 children. The place was excellent! From the quiet location (but also only 5 minutes by car to the lift) with 50m distance to the Sahnealm (delicious food, highly recommended!) to the great room layout, which is outstanding especially for families with children. The lounge area is on the ground floor, all bedrooms on the upper floors. This also allows you to be louder downstairs even though the children are sleeping. The Sahnealm staff are also responsible for the accommodation, which made communication easier. The house is very already equipped with spacious, well-divided rooms (almost each with its own bathroom), a large kitchen with and cozy living room. Overall a very nice stay, we have already booked again for next year!

A beautiful accommodation that delivers what the pictures promise! The apartment is excellently equipped, including two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso) and a great sauna. Located on the outskirts, you can start hiking directly. The restaurants in the neighboring towns were probably closed during the week due to the low season, but the great kitchen is perfect for self-catering. The landlords are proactive in trying to give us a nice and smooth stay and have regularly asked if everything is okay. In addition, the caretaker service clarified in advance how the rooms should be divided and took over the handover of keys. It was a very relaxing holiday, which we like to think back to and we would come back!

Had a great family vacation! The home is beautiful, especially the annex with the more modern kitchen and long table. The view from the main bathroom is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Due to the many spacious rooms, it is always possible to be on your own.

The accommodation was very nice, clean and in a great location. Grill and hair dryer were available against expectations. The surcharge we paid for Belvilla's administrative expenses was a bit high. Could have been avoided privately with the direct landlord We'd love to go back there.

Very nice spacious house and very nice place. Many mountains for hiking and there are several beautiful bathing lakes nearby

The house is well furnished for a group of people who know each other. The kitchen is surprisingly well furnished with dishes and amenities. A super oven, fridge, and two dishwashers are well sized for a large group of people.

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We'll be happy to come back!
