Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Welcome to our guest apartment. The apartment on the first floor has a separate entrance. Our garden (about 2000 square meters) invites you to relax. There are several common areas with seating, also with a roof. Parking on the premises. Bicycle garage. The surroundings are ideal for hiking and cycling (railway line bike paths). Excursions to the Thuringian Forest and the Rhön (Thuringia, Hesse and Bavaria) are recommended. The apartment is also suitable for fitters.

Guests who want to relax and unwind for a few days in our beautiful surroundings or just explore the countryside are welcome. The accommodation is also well suited for visitors or companions of patients in one of the three spas as well as for fitters or craftsmen or freelancers on a temporary basis. Also 1 parking space on the property belongs to the accommodation.

Idyllically located on the Lutherweg just outside the gates of the city of Eisenach, our Finnhütte is a small refuge for two to a maximum of 5 people, also ideal for families. However, due to steep stairs, it is not suitable for children below 6 and for guests with limited mobility.
