Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bale

Our group of 5 adults were very satisfied with the house. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds and the three bathrooms were awesome. We asked for a microwave and more bedrooms pillows and Neven quickly arrived with arms full of pillows and a microwave. All questions were answered quickly and instructions are provided quickly. A vehicle is required to visit local attractions of Rovinj, Pula and Poreč. We enjoyed local wine tasting at One Hill Winery and truffle farm of Zigante in Livade, both a must to visit. Thank you Neven for hosting a great house to enjoy between daytime adventures.

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet für mehrere Personen wirklich ausreichend Platz. Der Ort ist überschaubar (für die tägliche Versorgung ist aber alles da) und daher gibt es auch die Möglichkeit mit Einheimischen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss vor Ort. Ein Pool wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen, aber dann würde man die vielen schönen Buchten verpassen. Die Gastgeberin hat alles gut durchdacht und reagiert bzw. schreibt proaktiv. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Een heerlijk verblijf midden in het bruisende centrum. Wetende dat een stad in de avond altijd leeft, bij het sluiten van de ramen hoorde we er niets meer van. Bakker voor de deur en kleine supermarkt in de buurt. Ideaal. Een aanrader om hier te verblijven! Bij aankomst stond Slavica ons al op te wachten, heel fijn en bij vertrek mochten we onze koffers nog even laten staan in het appartement, zodat we op onze laatste ochtend nog even door de stad konden lopen, zonder te zeulen met onze bagage. Echt top! Dank je wel Slavica voor al je vriendelijkheid!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Maya's appartment! The flat is very comfortable, and the location is excellent - close to the center of Pula, but still quiet in the evenings. While it wasn't quite hot enough to use the terrace, the kitchen and dining space is lovely and if you don't feel like cooking Pula has plenty of options nearby. Maya was always helpful and responsive, and was kind enough to be flexible around our check in and check out times as we were coming by car. She was also kind enough to recommend us great spots for food and where we could find good local beaches too!

Pobyt tutaj był wspaniały! Gospodarz był bardzo gościnny, elastyczne godziny zameldowania, kontakt bardzo dobry a ponadto pozwolono nam zostać do wieczora w obiekcie. W basenie krystalicznie czysta woda, okolica spokojna-wokół bardzo zielono, a to wszystko sprawiło, że wyjazd był wyjątkowo udany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy jadąc na Chorwację!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung bei Moira! Durch Moira und die offene, freundliche Wohnung sowie den schönen Garten haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Moira wenden und sie hat uns stets ihre Hilfe angeboten. Der Weg zum Strand ist super kurz und wunderschön! Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub, und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland ❤️

O apartamento está numa zona sossegada mas central, chegando-se facilmente a pé a todos os pontos turísticos, comércios e restaurantes de Pula.

Wir haben uns in Ninas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Nina hat uns herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung gezeigt und uns Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe der Wohnung wurde ein Parkplatz bereit gestellt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Pula und Umgebung.

Ik had de ruimte gehuurd voor vrienden die in uit hun andere appartement moesten omdat ze het een dag korter hadden gehuurd dan ze dachten. Snelle reactie en flexibiliteit in de aankomt tijd werd zeer gewaardeerd door mijn vrienden.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana nell’appartamento di Toni e Antonia, ci siamo sentiti come a casa, sempre disponibili per ogni cosa! Ci hanno anche fatto assaggiare il loro olio. Appartamento tranquillo nelle campagne Rovignesi ma a pochi minuti dal mare e dal centro. Ritornerò sicuramente, Rovigno ci manca di già!

Nous sommes arrivés pour quatre jours sur place à Pula. L’emplacement était idéal en voiture avec peu de bruit, aux alentours et Jelena qui nous a tout de suite aidé et donner des informations que nous avons demandé lors de notre arrivée. La cuisine est super bien équipée, la salle de bain et la salle à coucher aussi et le balcon est très sympathique. Merci Jelena!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Veoma lep, čist i udoban smeštaj, udoban krevet, dobro opremljena kuhinja i mnogi drugi detalji koje i ne očekujete a doprinose udobnom boravku. Smeštaj uživo izgleda i lepše nego na slikama. Brz i lak dogovor kao i ljubazna komunikacija sa vlasnicima. Vrlo rado ćemo doći ponovo a i predložiti ovaj smeštaj našim prijateljima. Sve pohvale!
