We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Extrem sauber uns sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll! Leider waren bei unserem Aufenthalt die Nachbarn in der benachbarten Doppelhaushälfte abends und nachts ein wenig laut... Aber dafür kann der Host (Antonia) nichts. Sie ist extrem hilfreich und antwortet unglaublich schnell! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Le logement d'Angela est une très belle location en plein coeur d'Eivissa. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, une terrasse où il fait bon vivre. Il est facile de se garer à proximité gratuitement. Vous pouvez également rejoindre le centre ville à pieds en longeant la côte par le remblais, c'est véritablement un gros point positif. De nombreuses superettes à 2 pas de la location vous permettent de faire vos courses sans contraintes. Tous les critères étaient réunies pour que nous passions d'excellentes vacances en famille. Merci à Angela pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Hem estat un grup de 8 persones a la casa i ens hi hem trobat molt còmodes. Les vistes són fantàstiques en un entorn molt tranquil. L'Isabel súper atenta a totes les preguntes que han anat sorgint. Gràcies!

josé siempre fue muy amable y estuvo muy atento para lo que necesitáramos. el apartamento esta en una zona tranquila pero con mucho que hacer cerca, definitivamente volvería a reservar con josé!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

We stayed at this fabulous villa for a Hen Do and honestly couldn’t recommend this Villa enough. Host was amazing! We arrived before check in, and were allowed to leave our luggage in the villa whilst we explored our soundings. Fabulous location, about 10mins walk to the centre of old town. Villa is so much larger than photos. The host was absolutely amazing and so easy to contact. Definitely be visiting again ! Thank you !!

Nous avons passé jours début juin 2025 chez Siano. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. La co-propriété était très calme avec 2 piscines. L'appartement est très propre, moderne, la literie très confortable, avec gel douche, shampoings, draps, serviettes et même serviettes de plage fournis. La terrasse avec un petit point de vue sur la plage d'un côté et un grand point de vue sur le Mont Toro de l'autre. Parking privé au pied de l'appart. L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter les lieux situés au nord et à l'est vers Mahon. Compter 45min de route en voiture pour aller à Ciutadella. Plage de sable fin à 5 min à pied et petit supermarché très bien à 5 min aussi. Et enfin Siano, très présent et réactif par téléphone ou messagerie.

De locatie is moeilijk te evenaren: naast het strand en het zwembad. Het grote terras en de twee badkamers zijn ook een troef. Alles op wandelafstand (winkel, restaurant). Super vlotte communicatie met de host. Een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung (beheizter Pool, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, Billiardtisch, Tischtennistisch, Fahrräder etc.). Margalida war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir bekamen als Willkommensgeschenk einen Obstteller, Wein und ein typisches spanischen Dessert. Wir konnten sogar am letzten Tag noch die Fahrräder nutzen und nach Palma fahren, da der Flug erst am Abend ging. Vielen lieben Dank für die besondere Zeit und den freundlichen Empfang. Lina’s apartment was perfect. Close to the beach and amazing pools at the complex. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and added extras for the beach. Lina was very responsive and also gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time. The place is beautiful and the location is good. The house is fun to be in. So we can really recommend it. There are two things to mention to improve: it would be helpful to have beach towels for use by the pool or at the beach. Another thing to mention (and this has nothing to do with the property)....the restaurants by the beach seem to allow sewage to go into the ocean, so regrettably at times Cala Blanca beach can have a smell........but there are plenty of other beaches around! The property is a great place and highly recommendable!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

Die Lage ist super, wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Unterkunft gibt alles was versprochen wird. Kommunikation ist super angenehm und einfach, die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich.

Beautiful place in special location. The home is sparkling clean and the hosts were incredibly responsive, providing many local recommendations and guidance throughout my stay. The outdoor space and access to the beautiful swimming beach especially made it feel like a local experience. Highly recommend to make your stay in Menorca extra special.

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

Ein traumhaft schönes Appartement direkt mit Blick auf den Strand. Unten drunter kann man direkt essen, in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht von Surf-Shop über Bike Shops, Cocktails, Essen, eine. Kleinen Supermarkt. Und natürlich den Strand! Simona und Ana sind super nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Jaimes Apartment ist wirklich schön eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See und war von der Fähre in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Illetas und Levante sind problemlos mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Apartment ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und ideal für alle die nicht jeden Abend essen gehen wollen, sondern lieber selber kochen und die Aussicht auf dem Balkon genießen möchten. Ich war schon sehr oft auf Formentera, kenne daher viele andere Apartments und deren Ausstattung und weiß, dass das auf Formentera kein Standard ist.
