Tea’s place is an absolute gem. It’s beachfront, just steps away from the plane landing spot and pier. I witnessed the most breathtaking sunset of my life from the beach right in front of the BnB. We enjoyed a wonderful time by the pool with drinks in hand. The entire space is incredibly spacious and equipped with all the amenities, with a special mention to the balcony. Overall, we had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel, very friendly hosts, amazing view:) we would come back:) sad we don’t speak Georgian or Russian, it would have been nice to get to know the hosts better!

Very accepted staff. Nona solved all our questions incredibly quickly and gave us many tips about various excursions. There is hot water, there is a working table, a beautiful view from the window. Probably not the best internet, but I think that won't be a problem for most people. Thanks again Non for everything. We recommend everyone to stay at least a few days.

The price is good in performance

I am not a novice traveler. But I've never met a master like this. Levan met us from the bus, although we didn't even ask for it, on the way to the apartment he told us about the city, the main attractions, recommended where and what to eat, these are really valuable tips that we used. The apartment is modern, fashionable, with a good sea view. You can have breakfast right on the balcony admiring the sea. It's worth a lot more than its price, in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of beach towels. Levan also works as a guide and for a fee lower than what you will find on the beach and in the city, he became our personal guide for the whole day, took us to all the attractions, introduced us to friends, treated us in local restaurants. Treat yourself to the best ice cream in Batumi! We have experienced the full force of Georgian hospitality! During my vacation, I repeatedly wondered if we needed help with something. Experiences are great. In general, if there is such a title as a SUPERHOST, then Levan deserves it entirely. !

Tamari is a great host. We arrived to Batumi super early in the morning and even the check in was noon, Tamati welcomed us early. The apartment was very clean and new, super close to the beach, restaurants and markets. Thank you Tamari

It was a nice house, but it's alittle bit far from Batumi center, It's great for families. There are many families that you can contacts with them. There is bus from house to Batumi, we paid about 2$ for taxi each time. Ramaz is a good guy. We have a good conversations with him )

We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )

I had a great stay! Nazi is very kind and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described.

Sofia and the Green Hills service Team are very friendly and nice, the food is good as well and even for decent prices. The view from the roam and the facilities are amazing, we didn't leave the property for two days as the accomodation is beautiful and provides everything you need. highly recommended, we will come back. Thank you for everything!

We moved here from Sarpi and were very happy with this choice! The place is beautiful! We had 2 balconies in the room on different sides, and the views from them are amazing. The room is clean and fresh, air conditioning saves from the heat. Downstairs, right under the windows, is a lovely restaurant. But it plays loud music until night. We loved it, but it can get in the way if you go to bed early. You can walk 10-15 minutes to the sea from the mountain. Accordingly, then upstairs :) We were not embarrassed, the road is picturesque, although not the cleanest - cows walk and sometimes leave traces of their stay behind) Overall, I really liked the place!

This is not my first time and it's definitely not the last time I've stayed here. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, who are always there and happy to help anytime. The room is clean and spacious with all amenities. The room has high-speed WIFI ,kettle and 2 mug tray. There is always an iron and a nice hair dryer in the hallway in the hallway. There is a refrigerator both in the room and in the kitchen . In addition , for a fee it is possible to order a delicious breakfast ! And have breakfast on your beautiful balcony with beautiful views and pleasant sounds of nature. In the backyard it is very cozy and pleasant to relax to the sounds of a sparkling creek where you can have a barbecue ( fry food on the grill , or ask to cook for additional payment ) is very tasty , I recommend to all! Convenient location of the apartment , 3-5 minutes to a clean beach and a quiet and clean beach . In a walking distance of everything you need - a pharmacy, bazaars with fresh fruits and vegetables, shops , fresh pastries and a restaurant where delicious Georgian food is available
