Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Batumi Bay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. Everything went great, very kind hosts Met us from the airport and helped us get to the house. The houses are cozy, clean, there is a lot of greenery, a pleasant garden. We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. This is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. We'd love to come back here again💕

I had a great time in Batumi, thanks to Madona. She’s incredibly helpful and friendly. The room is spotless and fully equipped, more than you could ask for. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to Europe Square. Check-in and check-out are effortless, she is always there to help!

Everything was great. One of the best accommodation in my experience. The apartment is huge and well designed. A bit noisy during the day but at night it’s pretty calm. The biggest bonus is parking. The location is close to the beach, old city and new city. Highly recommended for big families.

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Lovely view apartment in the very center of Batumi. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay. No complaints about cleanliness. The host is friendly and responsive, answered all questions instantly. The only thing that does not depend on the landlord is a fairly cold apartment in cold weather. But in this case, the apartment has air conditioning and a heater. We had enough (a few days it was quite cold at night +6/8). 🫶

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

Just wow !!! What a cute apartment la has made .. she has taken care of every small detail which a guest would need to stay in a new place for long term .. starting from well furnished Kitchen to well equipped bathroom. The studio room is big with a big sitting area , and decent sized kitchen and good sized bedroom. Cleanliness was top notch , interior was super cute and plus the bath tub was a star point. coming to la!! What a sweet lady she is , genuinely interested in giving a good experience to the guests. We had asked for some extra time to keep our luggage as our train back was in the late evening. La was very accommodating enough to allow us and inspite of we being late by an hour due to some last min issues she was patient enough. Love from India ❤️

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.
