Holiday rentals with a patio in Batumi Bay

It is an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy apartment. Everything you might need from snow-white towels to a frying pan is in place. The apartment is equipped with the gas heater, which comes in handy in winter. All the devices (the heater, the washing machine, the cooktop, the hood, there is a hoover as well) are in a pristine condition and it's a pleasure to use them. Although the building is new, I barely heard any repair noises. It's an apartment building, so there is a reception downstairs and the guys there are available 24/7. The place is located some 3-4 minutes on foot from the embankment and the beach. There are lots of shops, fruit/vegetable stalls and cafes in the vicinity (I strongly recommend Old Ambari on Chavchavadze st.). Merab was very welcome, tactful and punctual, having arrived in person to hand over the key and was available throughout my stay. Note: the bed is not very big in size, so you might experience inconvenience if you're way above 180 cm in height

Great small apart near sea.

This is a gorgeous place with the sound of waves and thoughtful furnishings. The apartment is furnished to the smallest detail, a bunch of everything. Even all Zepter utensils.

Great peaceful place. Internet was fast and reliable. You can reach the beach and the shops within minutes. Best of all, Guram is a great guy and very responsive. Well worth the price.

The apartment, which is located in a quite place - just opposite the house is a beach, a shop is located below the house, there is a bus stop nearby, where buses go to the city center.

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

I had a wonderful stay at [Host's Name]'s place. The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The decor was charming and everything was well-maintained, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the sea, just 3 min walk, shops and markets nearby. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. The owner lives right next to the house, so everything is easily accessible and communication is always smooth. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need. There are also two dogs on the property — they completely won my husband’s heart! Overall, it’s a little oasis where you feel detached from the city hustle and embraced by nature. One day during our stay, we were even treated to a homemade pie! Everything here feels very warm and family-like. We definitely recommend it :)

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

I am staying withe friends and we r total 4 couple and 3 adults child , her house is 20 km far from Batumi city , the city name is chakavi, if u enjoy your holiday with your friends to perfect place to stay if u enjoy night clubs and some like that then u stay in Batumi city , if u have car so must u stay in this house its front of beach , beach is only 10 to 15 minutes by walk , we r enjoy our stay ,

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

The house was clean and in a good location, it was right in front of the sea and the view especially at dawn was so beautiful we spent most of our time on the balcony, it was peaceful most of the time, we had a great time staying there.

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

I visited the apartment for the second time. The apartment has an incredibly practical location. You can park your car in the courtyard, which is usually very difficult in this area. The apartment has a wonderful atmosphere – you walk in and immediately feel at home. The host, Marina, who welcomed us, is a wonderful lady. She gifted us homemade mandarin jam, immediately offered us coffee, and even provided an iron in the evening when we needed it. Marina is an intelligent, interesting woman and incredibly kind beyond words. Thank you for everything. I wish you lots of luck, and see you next time!

The apartment is a short walk from Europe Square, many restaurants and entertainment, quite a nice beach. If you don't want to get a taxi, I recommend this place!

Andrew's place was just perfect to stay at. The accommodation has a great sea view, very cosy and well equipped, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall. Andrew is very polite and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be recommended to anyone who is looking for perfect place in Batumi.
