Спасибо Софие за такое чудесное место! София помогала ориентироваться в городе, давала советы по крутым местам и с ней было очень интересно общаться. Она провела замечательный мастер-класс на веранде, на котором я познакомилась и подружилась с новыми людьми. Это была очень атмосферная поездка в Грузию и София внесла в нее огромный вклад :) спасибо ей за это❤️

Хорошая чистая квартира. Уютная. В очень удобном месте. Рядом набережная, большая зона для прогулок и развлечений. Магазины тоже в пешей доступности. В квартире все было для комфортной жизни. Сама квартира просторная, светлая.

Все замечательно, красивый дом с прекрасным видом, гостеприимные хозяева, недалеко до пляжа!

Останавливались большой компанией. 3 семьи. Все остались довольны! Очень приятная семья и замечательный дом! Уютные комнаты, отличный вид с балкона. Удобное расположение в спокойном месте! Море в пешей доступности. До центра Батуми на автобусе минут 15. Спасибо большое Мавлине и всей её семье за гостеприимство!)

Our stay at their lovely residence was truly delightful. The location, with its proximity to the sea and Batumi as a whole, was fantastic. The property provided all the essential amenities, and the outdoor kitchen added a charming touch to the place. All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, giving it a 10/10 rating.

At first when we arrived at midnight We had trouble finding the place, and because of communication difficulties it wasn’t easy to get there But then everything went well and the host was very friendly and kind The place was clean although they didn’t have air conditioning in the rooms but they had it in the living room, it wasn’t bad for me because the weather was amazing Both the host and her daughter were super nice even though they didn’t speak English, the house was close to everything you could need and far from Batumi center about 20 mins Everything was amazing and smooth thanks to the host and probably if i ever come to batumi again i will book here

The host and his family are very kind and hospitable and treated me like a friend. The place itself is very comfy and clean and has a beautiful inner yard. There are many shops and a bazaar near here, the sea is too just a half an hour acceptable by foot. It is very suitable for a person(s) who doesn't like the beach line with modern hotels and prefers real Georgian hospitality instead.

Дом очень чистый, матрасы и подушки удобные и новые, в доме несколько спален, каждая со своей душевой и туалетом, общая кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления посуды, и прекрасная веранда с видом на море и закат, где могут разместиться все гости. Во дворе мангал со всем необходимым. Хозяйка Nona была очень предупредительная, все пожелания гостей выполнялись, бесплатно были предоставлен ранний заезд. Мы очень хорошо отдохнули и чувствовали себя как дома. Спасибо за все!

Great place for families and groups of couples, with nice pool and very responsive host! Highly recommended for sure!

Sehr hilfsbereite und gastfreundlich Gastgeber. Ein schönes Grundstück mit viel Obst und Gemüse. Wir dürfen sogar ernten. Tolle liebe Hunde. Die Unterkunft ist für Langzeitaufenthalte sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Batumi und anderswo ist auch vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

I'm very happy. I spent New Year here and I felt very welcome. The apartment is clean and quiet. Also secure, because it's inside the family home (upstairs). I was also able to easily park my car. The large balcony is excellent, and this must be the best view of Batumi.

Очень уютный дом в самом центре Батуми. Комната чистая и просторная, есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяева очень добрые и гостеприемные люди. Определенно, остановлюсь у них снова, когда приеду в Грузию.

Alles war sehr sehr toll. Die Familie hat mich wie eine Freundin behandelt, umsorg und für ein gute Stimmung gesorgt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, akkurst und die Lage ist bombastisch, ein paar minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zum botanischen Garten! Vielen dank, den Aufenthalt werde ich nie vergessen :)

優しくフレンドリーなご夫婦が、玄関先で出迎えてくださいました。英語は話せませんが、オンラインの翻訳機能を使ってコミュニケーションを取りながら、本当に親切にしていただきました。奥様は料理上手で、初日の夜は手作りの地元料理を振る舞ってくださり、とても美味しくて感動しました。お部屋は広くて清潔で、シャワーやトイレも使いやすいです。街の中心から少し離れていますが、バスの乗り方がわかれば簡単にアクセスできるため、まったく問題ありませんでした。次にバトゥミに来た時も、こちらに滞在したいと思いました。

Nice place near the sea and without any parking problems, like everywhere else in Batumi. Host is super nice. Will come back again for sure.
