A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! An unforgettable stay in an idyllic setting! Xueyun's apartment is beachfront with 180° panoramic views from the windows, which amazed us every day. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, well decorated, with two independent bedrooms, comfortable to rest. The large outdoor terraces allow you to have lunch and rest in the open air, always with the sea in front of you. The iodized air of the sea has done us a lot of good, adding a sense of well-being to our stay. On the activities side, the proximity to many beaches within a few minutes walk and the hiking trails of the GR 34 is a real asset for nature lovers and outdoor adventures, to oxygenate themselves. Sailing schools and the possibility of renting bikes add a sporty and playful dimension to this stay. Hosts are extremely friendly and always ready to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. We can only recommend.

In total agreement with the positive comments of the other visitors: you can go there with your eyes closed. A significant advantage: the private parking space, especially in high season. In short, an ideal holiday destination. Also worth mentioning: the excellent sound insulation of the bay windows, and the entire building, which is very quiet. A great apartment!

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is super nice, very spacious. The bedding is so good that it's just a little hard to get up in the morning! Olivier is very available, friendly and accommodating to make our stay perfect. The location is ideal for walking around Le Croisic. Very easy to park right next door (everything is free). The flower garden is so pretty with the small pool (lit at night...but beware, not heated). A delightful place to have lunch or enjoy a drink nearby. In short, really no hesitation to have on this accommodation to spend very good times.

Excellent week spent with my girlfriend! Perfect welcome and clean accommodation upon our arrival. If we thought we had a problem with the shutters that let a little light in, Nadette and her friend arrived the next day to put a curtain in it! Quiet place, close to everything + a swimming pool for a very reasonable price. Thank you Nadette! ☺️

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal family accommodation with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We will definitely come back ;-)
