Kitchen with quality appliances, and a dining room with large windows that provide plenty of natural light.

Apartment beachfront Playa de las vistas (Los Cristianos). All brand new furniture with all luxuries. Large terrace facing the beach fully equipped outdoor furniture, sun loungers. Big and wide living room with open kitchen with spectacular views Playa de las vistas, large dinning table. High speed WIFI and Cable TV. 2 Master bedrooms (Queen size). 1.5 Bathroom. The apartment is situated on the third floor without elevator (60 steps , wider and not very steep ).

A spacious studio room includes a comfortable bed with light linens and a green decorative throw. Natural light fills the area through large glass doors that open to a balcony with outdoor seating. A small dining table is positioned nearby against a decorated wall.

Beach. Relax in a Beautiful place.

A perfect location for a vacation by the ocean. The apartment is located in the Torres del Sol complex, in one of the best neighborhoods in the south of Tenerife. Just a few minutes away are Las Vistas Beach, the promenade, restaurants, and cafes. The “Golden Mile” with shops is nearby, and the Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There are two swimming pools and a cafe bar on the property. You can forget about the car and just enjoy your vacation.

On the beach

Very rare: apartment with direct access to the beach, parking space, 3 rooms, 70 m², seawater pool, large terrace with sea view in a small, quiet and secure one-story residence. The sandy beach is very clean and equipped with showers. It was renovated in 2022 and is very well equipped: washing machine, dishes and an oven. It is extremely well located between Los Christianos and Las Americas with food shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The balcony offers a view of the ocean and nearby palm trees, creating a serene atmosphere. A person wearing a sun hat overlooks the scene, while a white cup rests on the ledge. The clear sky and the blue waters enhance the coastal experience.

You'll be a two-minute walk to Playa de las Vistas, from the balcony overlooking the sea and the beach. It has 47m2 well distributed, air conditioning, 58" Smart TV, 100Mb fiber optic Internet, computer work desk. Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, Electric oven, Microwave, Washer, Dryer, Nespresso, blender, etc. Everything you need for a wonderful stay! Bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with a rain shower. A very quiet area.
