House holiday rentals in Belavići

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

There were five of us at Daniela's place. We arrived by car, which is also necessary in the area if you want to do something. Pula is about 25 minutes' drive. The place was very nice and clean. Pool and garden are wonderful, you can sit inside and outside to eat. With 5 people, one had to sleep on the sofa bed, but it is very comfortable and not a problem. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Communication with Daniela is great, she responds very quickly, is very friendly and helpful with problems if something does not work or the like. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We would definitely recommend Daniela and her accommodation and felt very comfortable!

Had a lovely holiday in the beautiful house in the fantastic surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, beautiful and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

We have now been to this wonderful accommodation for the second time - and again absolutely thrilled! It almost feels like a second home now. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the small details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care has gone into everything here. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared – fresh bed linen, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet, but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back - and are already looking forward to the next time. We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Very comfortable apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Quiet and not far from the sea, and equidistant from the pretty towns of Istria.

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariza's cabin in Labin. She was welcoming and always available for questions and tips. Felt right at home. She even greeted us with an umbrella for us to use since it was raining outside

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Claudias House. Recommendation for everyone who looks for a quiet and cozy place with a very friendly, warm and helpful landlady. The House has a fully equiped kitchen and numberous beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away by car.

Plinija’s house has been amazing for our group of friends. We have felt home from the beginning and Plinija and his son have been great, giving us a warm welcome and nice tips about what to do in the surrounding areas. We’ll definitely suggest this peaceful place!

Vinko is a great host who gave us many helpful tips for our stay. The fenced outdoor area with the pool was our highlight; we would always book the place again.

There were thirteen of us at Pupos Residence. There are 12 beds, up to two people could sleep on the couch in the living room. We had an inflatable mattress for the 13th person with us. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and downstairs as well as 2 bathrooms each. The mattresses are very firm. The kitchen is well equipped, the fridge spacious. We have taken care to always keep the doors and windows closed because of the cooling but also so that no flies can get into the house. The pool is refreshingly cool and was very happy to be used by children and adults, as well as the basketball court. The landlord responded quickly to messages and gave tips for excursions. To the beaches as well as to Pula and Labin, we were each about 30 minutes away by car.

We were there as 2 families with 1 child each (2 years old) The villa is exactly as pictured. The location is quiet and remote, but everything is accessible by car. We had a great holiday!

Great place, cool pool is in the heat :) plus air conditioning and bathroom in every room, nice beaches in the neighborhood. B. good communication with hosts who are kind, helpful, discreet. I recommend, I'd love to come back

The accommodation reflects what you find in the photos ,the house is really well-stocked, almost all the equipment is new and is also well stocked with toilet paper and volcanoes , the barbecue and kitchen outside the pool offer a really comfortable stay experience, and the host is super available for every request , 5 stars deserved

Very nice tastefully decorated villa with pool. The kitchen or house is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and air conditioning in every room. The property is closed, which is pleasant for dog owners. Outside there is a foosball table , ping pong table and a dart board so there is no boredom. Plenty of seating and lounging options by the pool. There is an outdoor fireplace for the barbecue fans, but the barbecue area is not adjustable in height. Visnja greeted us personally and explained everything and gave a lot of useful information and was always available for questions. We will keep the holiday in good memory.
