Holiday rentals with a patio in Belvedere Marittimo

Questo soggiorno ha rappresentato per me il ritorno, dopo un anno, nella cittadina d'origine. Quindi, ai sentimenti di gioia per questo ritorno, si sono aggiunti motivi di soddisfazione per aver scelto una sistemazione, anche se per cinque giorni, in un luminosissimo appartamento completo di ogni comodità e, per altro, collocato in un palazzo nella piazza principale, di fronte al campanile della chiesa di San Francesco di Paola, che con i rintocchi della sua campana mi ha fatto ritornare in mente i bei momenti della mia fanciullezza e gioventu', a calcare spesso i marciapiedi della piazza ammirabile dal balcone dell'appartamento!

Anche se il nostro soggiorno è stato brevissimo, ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento pulito, ordinato, fornito di qualsiasi cosa. Il proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. È stato come sentirsi a casa.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati una settimana in vacanza in questa località nuova per noi. Casa con vista stupenda, un tramonto splendido ;) la consiglio per rilassarsi; inoltre se si ama esplorare i dintorni e le calette più nascoste e rocciose è un ottimo punto di partenza ! Michele è stato super di aiuto per indicazioni varie. Non prende benissimo Internet quindi è perfetto se si vuole staccare un po’ da telefono e pc e fare una settimana di relax completo. La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, panoramica, perfetta per coppie e famiglia.

Angela is a great host! Apartment is exactly as advertised, and recently updated - it’s beautiful! Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Gorgeous location and views. Bonus is that she offers a parking space, which really was helpful since we then didn’t have to park on the very narrow street. Angela is so sweet and we would absolutely stay again. I hope we get to come back!

Per due persone è ottimo, tutto nuovo e pulito. 5 min dal mare, in ottima posizione.

Appartamento pulito,ordinato, tutto quanto detto nella descrizione. Romana e' un host gentilissima, pronta a rispondere alle esigenze, una persona eccezionale. Credo che l'anno prossimo ci ritorneremo.

L’appartamento è dotato di ogni utilità, bene arredato e grazioso. Vista mare superlativa. L’host ci ha accolto con ogni informazione utile. Marina di Fuscaldo è un piccolo paese ma ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso

Herrliche Lage und liebe Gastgeber zeichnen diese Unterkunft in den Bergen aus! Die umliegenden Dörfer bieten gute Restaurants. Sehenswerte Ruinen sind in 15 minuten Autofahrt erreichbar, genauso wie Palinuro und Badestrände. Die zwei Bäder sind super ausgestattet und modern, Betten bequem und Klimaanlagen leise. Das Frühstück besteht aus abgepacktem Süßgebäck Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

This was a perfect spot for my children. We really enjoyed eating our meals outside on the table and the bbq. There were even two children’s sized bikes that we got working and used every day. Renata was immediately responsive to any requests we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Marco è un host davvero impeccabile, ci ha subito accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Locale perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale dotato di tutti i comfort, terrazza dotata di doccia davvero splendida dove potersi rilassare in serata o prendere il sole di giorno. Parcheggio auto coperto e spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi così come supermercato e bar. Dato che abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane Marco ci ha offerto un giro in barca di mezza giornata, anche qui veramente ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo passando una giornata con amici, Marco e Margherita si sono resi disponibili ad accontentare tutte le richieste di nostra figlia e a farci visitare tutte le calette presenti nei dintorni. Che dire, soggiorno splendido che sarà sicuramente ripetuto in futuro.

Casa molto accogliente e ben attrezzata. Hoste gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Geweldig gehad hier. Op de heenweg kwamen wij aan in het donker en hadden daardoor wat moeite het huis te vinden. Een pand voor het huis blokkeert enigzins het uitzicht, maar desalniettemin fantastisch verblijf. Heerlijke tuin, grote kamers, huis van alle gemakken voorzien en een leuk centrum nabij. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd dus voor ons makkelijk te bereiken. Leuk en lekker gegeten in het winkelstraatje van Scalea bij Vularie Siciliane, zeer betaalbaar ook! Aanrader, zandstrand bij lido de Azzuro, prachtige baai, mooi omringd door bergen. Bereikbaar via een (pittige) trap. Sylwia heeft veel leuke tips gegeven. Bedankt voor een heerlijke week Sylwia.

We loved our stay at Jay’s place in Conflenti! It was in the mountains and so peaceful. Everyone in town was incredibly friendly; they made us feel right at home. Hosts were amazing and so helpful. The restaurant that is within walking distance was delicious. We ate there all 3 days of our stay! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Amazing! Thank you Jay, Angela, and Mariano!

L’host Simone è un perfetto host. La casa che mette a disposizione e’ dotata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, lenzuola complete di tutto, asciugamani a disposizione e tutti gli strumenti necessari per pulire e tenerla in ordine. L’appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole con un bel terrazzo da cui è possibile godere di un panorama che spazia dal mare alle montagne. Simone e il marito sono molto simpatici e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti.

Organizzare una vacanza all’ultimo minuto e ritrovarsi in un paradiso.Abbiamo scelto la casa catturati dalle foto e come raramente accade la realtà ha superato le aspettative. La casa si trova in zona collinare e la prima cosa che colpisce entrando dal cancello è la splendida vista su Marina di Camerota,malinconica al tramonto quando arriva il vociare delle persone che si attardano in spiaggia. L’appartamento è come in foto, dotato di tutti i comfort e davvero molto pulito;lo spazio esterno con tavolo,sdraio e ombrellone e’ molto curato. La posizione comodissima perché lontana dal caos,ma allo stesso tempo in pochi minuti si arriva al paese e si raggiunge la spiaggia più vicina. Il soggiorno resterà indimenticabile anche e soprattutto per l’accoglienza di Rosalia e Franco,due persone straordinarie,gentilissime,presenti ma allo stesso tempo molto discrete. Grazie anche a Dora che non abbiamo conosciuto ma che da lontano ha contribuito a rendere speciale questa vacanza. Marta e Rossella

Siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento è molto carino, immerso nel verde, e in un’ottima posizione per visitare la zona. Si può parcheggiare l’auto nella proprietà. Sara e sua mamma sono estremamente gentili e disponibili.

We stayed at Lucie's place for a few nights to explore the area as we headed back up to Naples, and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, comfy, and well-equipped. The view from the condo of the ocean is beautiful. I'd definitely recommend having a car, though. Lucie is a great host and quick with communication. If you're looking for a nice place in this area to explore, I'd recommend Lucie's.

Arrivato lì ti senti subito a casa .Un progetto che va oltre il semplice affitta appartamenti.Posizione comoda a 10 minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro città ,posto tranquillo ,comodo posto auto .Francesco persona squisita con cui puoi chiacchierare tranquillamente,pronto a risolvere ogni problematica Unica pecca casa un po’ vecchiotta con qualche attenzione alla pulizia . Ma da ritornarci tantissime volte .

Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.
