Our accommodation is inspiring with its amenities and countless possibilities in the surrounding area (trade fair visits, Naturarena Bergisches Land, cultural activities). It is good for business travelers, solo travelers and groups of two people.

It is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside - ideal for hiking, biking, golfing and relaxing. Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are just around the corner for shopping and culture. The Cologne trade fair is also easy to reach from here. There is parking in front of the house.

Very good connection to Cologne and Bergisch Gladbach by bus/train (every 20 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes' drive). Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offers are quickly accessible on foot or by car. The Kletterwald K1 climbing forest is within walking distance. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
