Cozy attic apartment (3rd floor) on the outskirts of Cologne directly on Königsforst. 50 m LIDL, restaurants and wellness oasis MEDITERANA in the village. The apartment is fully furnished. Bathroom access only from the large room. The city train is a 6-minute walk away (trade fair 15 minutes, city 22 min.), express bus 2 min. walk (cathedral/train station 16 min.). 300 meters from the highway exit. By car trade fair in 10 minutes, city 15 minutes. Ample parking next to the house on the street. Requests between 9 am and 10 pm.

The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology.
