I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: peaceful nature and easy urban access! Situated in a green and tranquil area, our spacious home with its wonderful garden - with fruit trees and a playground - creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Plus, you'll benefit from excellent transport links: the tourist center is just a 20-minute journey by car or train. Supermarkets and shops are within a quick 3-minute reach, and the refreshing swimming lakes are only 11 minutes away, ideal for sunny days.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Robinhouse

Welcome to the Robinhouse, our beautiful house is three years old and is a wonderful relaxing place to holiday on the outskirts of Berlin. In 25 min you can get from the door to the heart of Berlin. The House is fully equipped with everything you could want including toys and and outdoor games. We have a beautiful swimming lake 5 mins from our house to cool off after a long day in the city. Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!
