Unsere Ferienbungalows B1 und B2 liegen auf einem großen, ruhigen Grundstück am Ufer der Müggelspree. Beide sind hinsichtlich Grundriss und Ausstattung identisch und erfüllen überdurchschnittlich hohe Ansprüche. Sie sind per PKW und ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Viele Parkgelegenheiten auf dem Grundstück. Div. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Für Entspannung und Sport können Gartenmöbel, Spielgeräte, Bikes und Paddelboote kostenlos genutzt werden. Und die Berliner City ist ganz nahe!

Entspannung pur am Puls Berlins. Seit vielen Jahren genießen wir das Leben auf dem Wasser und schon immer war es unser Wunsch, auch anderen diesen Lebensstil näher zu bringen. Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: peaceful nature and easy urban access! Situated in a green and tranquil area, our spacious home with its wonderful garden - with fruit trees and a playground - creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Plus, you'll benefit from excellent transport links: the tourist center is just a 20-minute journey by car or train. Supermarkets and shops are within a quick 3-minute reach, and the refreshing swimming lakes are only 11 minutes away, ideal for sunny days.

Woodhouse at the lake

The house is designed in wood and consist of two floors. The main floor has an open kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room, a terrace with lake view and direct access to the small harbor that belongs to the property, one sleeping room and the bathroom. the second floor consist of one room with two single beds. The property is directly situated at outlier of the Müggelsee lake. This house is an ideal retreat for autumn and winter holidays, with its warm and inviting interiors.

Robinhouse

Welcome to the Robinhouse, our beautiful house is three years old and is a wonderful relaxing place to holiday on the outskirts of Berlin. In 25 min you can get from the door to the heart of Berlin. The House is fully equipped with everything you could want including toys and and outdoor games. We have a beautiful swimming lake 5 mins from our house to cool off after a long day in the city. Das Hausboot ist vollständig ausgestattet mit dem Komfort einer richtigen Wohnung inklusive Klimaanlage. 40m² Wohnfläche + 30m² Terrasse + 25m² Dachterrasse 6 Schlafplätze in 3 Schlafzimmern + 2 Schlafplätze auf einer Couch im Wohnzimmer Für den Aufenthalt von Kleinkindern abgesichert.

Perfect Location for Families nearby Berlin

Unser gemütliches Heim liegt in der Kleinstadt Erkner. Die Umgebung ist geprägt durch Wälder und Seen. Die Spree ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Paddelboot kann gerne für Wasserausflüge genutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zahlreich vorhanden. Berlin ist mit der Regionalbahn in weniger als eine halbe Stunde zu erreichen. Unser kleiner Garten verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse und lädt zum entspannten Grillabend ein.
