The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Our cozy house, built in 1894, is conveniently located in the center of the beautiful, green town of Witten in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the 2nd floor is bright and friendly. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge. A nice new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. TV + DVB-T2 antenna and Internet connection via Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in Bochum city center, close to the Bermuda Triangle and Musikforum, is quietly located in an apartment building and shops serving everyday needs, doctors and parking are within walking distance. It offers a spacious bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a well-equipped single kitchen where you can take care of yourself and 3 sleeping places (a double bed and a bunk bed). The living room is tastefully and functionally furnished.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!
