Ruhr University, German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) are within a 10 to 15 minute walk.

It is close to everything (main station, Bermuda Triangle, theater and much more), making it easy to plan your visit.
