Apartment holiday rentals in Bochum

Super apartment, spacious living room, large bathroom with the best shower cubicle ever. Was there in June. Floor heating not on. Apartment completely tiled with small, clean carpets in the right places. Space for wardrobe, hanger in the closet and also additional small parts divider, shoe cabinet spacious. Hooks in the bathroom and towel racks, good lighting, good exhaust system. Battery-powered floor vacuum cleaner at hand, good. All necessary cleaning utensils, rags, cleaning agents, garbage bags. Everything is plentiful and easy to find. Good bed, good blackout. You have to arrange the bedding but ok. Good windows + view. Large TV available with Lan (but I have not tested it). Internet and Wi-Fi good. Enough seating available and dining table in front of kitchen. Enough dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups. SENSEO, toaster, microwave, kettle all in tiptop condition. I only missed an iron (now available) and an extractor hood. Kitchen good! 2 CERAN, fridge + freezer, sink + dishwasher + utensil.

The apartment is very nice and very quiet. You can quickly reach the ore railway line by bike, which is a great way to explore the Ruhr area. The apartment contains everything you need for everyday life, it is newly renovated with a ground-level shower.

Everything went really smoothly

It was very pleasant to be in the apartment, it was nice and quiet and the tips on what to do in the area were helpful for us!

Everything great, only small drawback of the TV, if you plan to watch something you should bring a laptop with HDMI cable to be able to watch something on the TV. (YouTube and co.) Otherwise, everything was great and I was very satisfied.

We were there over the weekend and were very satisfied. The location is wonderful for a trip to Lake Kemnader and you can also get to Bochum very quickly. Gholam was always available and organized everything very well.

We were looking for short-term accommodation with two adults and two children, as we had to move out of our original apartment due to water damage. Fortunately, we came across Sven's apartment and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is large, flooded with light and modernly furnished – we lacked nothing. Sven was super friendly and responded quickly to our questions, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect: only one minute to the tram, which makes mobility easier, and in just three minutes' walk there is a Polish grocery store and a great playground for the children. Overall a great experience – we would definitely come back!

The apartment has a very good location to explore Bochum and the surrounding area. The metro stop is within walking distance, which makes the connection very convenient. On weekends we were able to park right in front of the property for free – a real plus! The space was clean, quiet and everything was exactly as stated in the description. Entrance is in the backyard which provides extra peace and privacy. Overall a very enjoyable stay – happy to come back!

Like last time, we felt completely comfortable. Martina is super friendly and provides you with all the information. The apartment is well furnished, it is quietly located directly on the city garden and is still easily accessible. It's always nice to be in the old home. And in this apartment you feel like home. This a very good place to stay if you are traveling to Bochum. Beautiful apartment, free parking spot if you’re with a car, free coffee, smart TV… what could you possibly ask for more? Also, hosts were very friendly and responsive.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The listing was exactly what we imagined and there was free food and drink. Simply wonderful!

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

Vitali was a great host. We were two with racing bikes and when we arrived the bathtub was warm, the ice compartment next to it cold and the sauna prepared - wonderful! The apartment was great to find, everything was as described in the ad and we had no wishes left unfulfilled. The Penny around the corner had everything you need. The location was very quiet and we had good rest for the onward journey the next day. I'd love to come back, thank you!

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
