My stay at Dariia`s apartment was very agreeable, and comfortable, and met my needs. I will book again on my next visit to Bochum.

We were absolutely satisfied, everything was clean, enough towels and bedding available. The house itself is quite noisy and the neighbors are not the quietest, leaving windows open at night is difficult, as the apartment is directly on a main street and therefore also quite loud. What was the absolute non plus ultra, I wrote Jan-Niklas Saturday evening, if we could possibly do a little later checkout and he almost immediately answered and we could sleep wonderfully. Thanks again for that!!! 🥰

I really like the apartment. It's small, but the space is well used. As it is on the top floor, there is not so much neighbor sound, even though the walls are thin and the floor is wooden - which makes noise. The building has no elevators, so being on the top floor may be a negative for someone. The kitchen is equipped with several items, the bathroom has everything for hygiene. The apartment is very well located in the center, close to the subway, etc., even though it is in a quiet area. The hosts gave me clear instructions and everything went well. One negative point to take into account is the noise of the refrigerator. It is very tall and causes vibration even in bed. This did not bother me so much because I use sound dampers.

I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I felt totally comfortable right away and would definitely come back if I was in Essen again. Thanks again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

Everything went really smoothly

I felt great in the apartment, my kids and wife were exited to explore the place. I loved all about it: drinks, fruits, chocolate, beds, shower. I could continue, but I let you find out the rest :). I’ve been a host for a long time, Susanne is doing a great job. It’s great, clean and cozy.

Like last time, we felt completely comfortable. Martina is super friendly and provides you with all the information. The apartment is well furnished, it is quietly located directly on the city garden and is still easily accessible. It's always nice to be in the old home. And in this apartment you feel like home. A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

The stay at Vitali's was very pleasant. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. There is everything you need and you could reach Vitali quickly and well, for example, if you wanted to use the sauna or the pool or had other questions. I was able to take my dog with me without any problems and I could have brought my cats as well, which was extremely friendly. There are beautiful meadows and great reservoirs in the area, so we were able to enjoy the time very much. I'd love to do it again. ☺️

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
