NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. My place is close to the mountains, Chiemsee and other smaller lakes. The surrounding area offers leisure activities for athletes, but also exhibitions and museums.
