Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Beverly Hills

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Staying here every time we come to LA! Spot is perfect for 2 people, there’s tacos across the street and plenty of stores/restaurants in the area. It’s LA - of course you’re gonna see some sh*t but I felt safe and comfortable both times I stayed here, even without my partner. Great host!

I had a wonderful stay at this private suite! The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Being so close to everything made the trip super convenient and relaxing. 20 mins from Long Beach and Redondo beach. Perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the coast and good food. The host is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you Sherman!

The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

absolutely amazing stay. probably the coziest place you'll find. very safe neighborhood. easy parking. so much to do and so many stores close by that the location is unbeatable in convenience. not far away at all from all the main attractions either (beach, Disneyland, etc) while still maintaining a quiet peaceful environment. you won't regret booking!

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! Booked this spot literally last minute and was prepared within Couple hours. The place was very nice and clean and private! It served us well!

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

La casa estaba perfecta, fuimos 9 personas en plan familiar y nos sentimos en casa. Alexander siempre estuvo al pendiente, la zona es perfecta para moverse en LA si llevas auto. En general nos la pasamos de maravilla, super recomendable y definitivamente regresaríamos.

Such a great stay for our family, very nice and spacious and included many family friendly amenities. If you are anywhere near the area, HIGHLY recommend booking this stay! Additionally, hosts were very communicative which is always a plus!

It was perfect for our family. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Close to Universal Studios. Very relaxing.

Anna is a great host – we really appreciated the flexibility with our check-in time, her thoughtful local recommendations, and the delicious freshly baked Italian bread she brought us. The place is roomy, nicely decorated, and very well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. It’s located close to the airport in a calm, residential neighborhood. A perfect place for a family or group of friends to stay while visiting LA – we’d gladly come back!

Although I didn’t get to meet Marie, she was still a great host! Her place was very clean, and just as pictured. I was able to keep in contact with her very easily! Highly recommend

Great location - we wanted to stay near our son. Walked every morning to get great cup of coffee. Super workout facility. Covered parking spot ✅ also was able to get some laundry done in the middle of our long trip. Would stay again!

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)
